I came to the bakery in Gulf Port , MS today 5/26/2026. Your staff is AMAZING!!! I detoured from Baton Rouge, LA headed to Lake City, FL. My 80 yr old mother follows you on Facebook and talks all the time about your baked goods as she is diabetic. SO..... TODAY, I bought her a variety of your baked goods! I must say.... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! PLEASE bring your bakery here to Lake City, FL or somewhere close!!!! Thank you ALL for what you create!

I am a foodie, a championship BBQ pit master, and a hell of a cook. I was crushed with my diagnosis of type 2, what it meant for my health, and especially what it meant for my food desires. I found POTA on TicTok and decided to give them a shot but I had very low expectations as every almond flour baked good I had tasted until this point didn't cut it got me. I received the cinnamon roll pound cake that I ordered today and WOW!! So moist! I honestly say it's 90% the taste and texture you would expect from a standard pound cake. Honestly more moist than 95% of the pound cakes I've eaten. I also check my glucose before and multiple checks after a generous slice and I had zero movement in glucose from this cake. Highly highly recommend!!

Ordered online. They shipped using UPS GROUND, the worst possible shipper, and NO product arrived! UPS claims it was delivered but fails to post a photo. NO WAY TO CONTACT COMPANY OR SHIPPER, so all I get for my $86 is to write bad reviews. Total scam. Seems too good to be true and it is. Total SCAM

We got the lemon blueberry pound cake! It was delicious, moist, flavorful and fragrant, the kitchen smells of spring time. Everyone loves it! We have two Diabetics in the house and this is our new go to for festive occasions.
Had some glitches with ordering online but spoke to them both on the phone and through email. The company is working through hiccups with sudden growth but were quick to remedy situation. Bakery items are delicious and would not suspect gluten free. Overall pleased with company and products.

I ordered lemon blueberry pound cake online. Amazing! As a type 1 diabetic I was completely amazed by how moist soft and delicious it was. It was like eating normal pound cake. Unlike anything I have been able to make at home. I was so excited I ordered 3 more just to try the other flavors. Thank you!!!
