Rosey Baby Reviews
We have been having our Starkville High School class of 77 and 78 social alumnae gatherings here the 3rd Friday of the month recently ! I can say enough about how delicious the pasta and the tacos are. We usually have 7-12 people in our group and the servers are very attentive and they are quick to fill your glass .
I highly recommend Rosey Baby as it has been in Starkville for maybe 30 years or so !
Go there to eat and you won’t be disappointed. I’d give them 6 stars...read full review
Thank you for being a part of our journey. Rosey Baby was our first stop when we came to visit MSU when my son was deciding where he would attend. Today, we made our last trip to Rosey Baby… to say goodbye and enjoy one last bite of the that fabulous food!!

The food is just overall BLAND. I ordered from there 2 days ago and still can’t get over how dissatisfying the food was. Not to mention they give you the smallest potatoes that cost $1.50 PER potato. Literally paid $5 for 3 of these small potatoes. 🤯They also charge you 11.99 PER cluster NOT pound and don’t even give you a full snow crab. I could have got 1/2lb crabs, 1/2lb shrimp, 1/2lb crawfish, 4 potatoes, and butter sauce all for less than what I paid for this at brewskis....read full review

Rosey Baby in Starkville is a popular spot known for its good food and welcoming atmosphere. The shrimp gumbo is celebrated as one of the best ever tasted, and the wings are often mentioned as the top food choice. The rosey fries resemble kettle chips, earning high praise for their seasonings and texture. The cocktail menu is versatile, and the craft beer selection is huge, making it a great place for drinks with friends. Management is attentive to customer feedback, taking the time to explain dishes like the rosey chips.
While there have been some comments about burnt food and service timing, the staff remains friendly and attentive. Diners have enjoyed meals like the Rosey Burger, Cajun stuffed ribeye, red beans and rice, and Cajun quesadilla, often finishing every bite. The beignets and strawberry butter cake have also been favorites for dessert. However, some customers have reported issues with service, noting a lack of attention from staff. Despite this, Rosey Baby continues to be a constant favorite, creating lasting memories for families and friends. It is a must-visit for those in Starkville, especially during ballgames, though some diners recommend considering other options for specific meals.
