“This cute little place is a must stop. It is a cute little shack with a gentleman that he's very friendly and sweet. I got the rib plate and oh my gosh was it delicious. His potato salad is a mixture of mustard vinegar, and mayo, which is amazing. His beans are delicious. My wife got a pulled pork barbecue sandwich and he was flexible and let her make it into a plate for a little extra which was awesome. You should definitely check this little place out if you are passing through on US Hwy 98“

“Oh wow! Food is great, bbq ribs always delicious. We order once a month. Get plenty with large plate ribs, we have to eat half of the large plate, eat the rest as another meal. Down home. Menu on building. Chicken so good, smoked pulled pork awesome. Have not tried desserts. Open Weds thru Saturday for now. Give it a try!“

“My brother told me about this place, saying their ribs are known for being “falling off the bone” tender. I’ve been there for 2 take-out “meat only” orders. Both orders had a slab of ribs, their half & whole chicken halves, and once each fo the pork chops and boudin. And, everything has been fantastic! A total of 3 of us have eaten both orders and have enjoyed the meats from there. The sides look delicious and I’ll eventually try those. I’ll definitely be back soon! And, the two women that have been filling my orders are friendly and helpful!Parking: Since it’s located inside the Marathon gas/convenience store, parking is between the building and the highway.“
