Big Boys makes the best smoked sausage around. Their prices are reasonable, they're professionals, and turnaround is quick. What more could you ask for? We try to kill at least one deer each year which keeps my kitchen stocked with sausage for gumbo, red beans, jambalaya, and breakfast the whole year. Half the battle with these foods is finding the right meats. Big Boys does them right.
