“I stopped in for breakfast this morning, and I must say it was a pleasant experience all the way around. I ordered the good little breakfast. I had crispy bacon 🥓, eggs 🍳 scrambled with cheese 🧀, cheese grits, and a biscuit with apricot jelly. To drink I had a coffee ☕️. In fact I had about four cups. All of the food was good. I requested crispy bacon, and they nailed it. The cheese grits were a bit mediocre, as it was just plain grits with shredded cheese on top. I prefer grits that are creamy, but these were a good average grit. I would have expected them to use a little heavy cream when cooking them. My waitress was friendly, however Jayla, the other waitress working, was very friendly and talkative. She is a recent graduate from the University. A talkative employee gives an old time diner feel to me. It’s something that is hard to find nowadays. The place was full, but my waitress was very attentive. She was quick to refill my coffee ☕️. Check this place out if you want good food and great service.“

“I have eaten at Southern Coop for years. Saturday night, after the biggest football game of the season, a friend and I were so hungry that I introduced her to Southern Coop. This was my first time at the new location. All I can say is it’s awesome from the front door to leaving. The girls at the register are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The management/owners are visible and attentive, making sure the place runs smoothly. Go see them!“

“This is the very first time I ever eat here. I have been Ubering around Oxford. For about four months now I haven’t stopped and ate anywhere because I’ve been working, but I stopped today. The food was absolutely awesome. The atmosphere was even better than that. The lady that owns the place was a very, very nice person. I called her over and we talked for a minute Just like I was a customer that come in every day beautiful place. Be sure to come here when you come to Oxford.“

“The most AMAZING Texas Barbecue outside of Texas! It’s the real deal! I enjoyed a brisket plate with their moist brisket, jalapeño mac and cheese, baked beans, Texas Twinkie (IYKYK) and blackberry cobbler! Y’all give this place a try! If you’re not local make the drive! Be sure to follow them on Social Media for updates! ❤️“

“Came in this morning and it was our first visit! 10/10. My husband got some omelet.. not sure because he devored it. I got lemon ricotta pancakes and bacon (10/10) and my little boy got chocolate chip pancakes. He said these are the best momma! We will be back!“

“Family loved it. We came in from Texas alot of resturants was permanent closed. Pizza was delicious there. They have a salad bar and had spaghetti. We had the buffet of 6ppl was told on Friday they have karaoake. Will return we also got pizza to go.“
“Mamma jo’s is some of the best country cooking that I’ve ever tasted. Like my grandmother use to say. There must be magic in those pans. Took my daughter there who attends Ole Miss against her will and she loves it also. It’s a must try. Sweet sweet lady who knows what she’s doing.“

“Our lunch crew eats at the TG at least twice a week. Great price, great service, and best of all, wonderfully delicious lunch plates. They have a great brunch menu on the weekends as well.“
