Only one employee at the store and he was outside talking to someone in a car when we arrived. He accompanied us into shop and asked how he could help. He was not rude or unfriendly. He appeared to have some type of topical skin disorder. Forehead, arms, elbows, neck, and hands with peeling skins and pustules. I went to this establishment last night (8/1) Fantastic customer service! They went above and beyond to make my ice cream experience an amazing one ❤️ My friend and I were able to share amazing testimony with young employees as well. I hope they are blessed in the same way they blessed us!!
I just left this Baskins Robbins with my daughter sobbing! She had state testing today and I promised her a milkshake after school. We went and got our shakes and walked out the door and she tripped and dropped her shake, the cup busted and everything. So I walk back inside and say my daughter just dropped her shake could y’all make her another. And they would not! Not without me paying for it! Really?!
