I went to this establishment last night (8/1) Fantastic customer service! They went above and beyond to make my ice cream experience an amazing one ❤️ My friend and I were able to share amazing testimony with young employees as well. I hope they are blessed in the same way they blessed us!!
I just left this Baskins Robbins with my daughter sobbing! She had state testing today and I promised her a milkshake after school. We went and got our shakes and walked out the door and she tripped and dropped her shake, the cup busted and everything. It’s a must to my daughter that we stop by Baskin Robbins after our meal or for a quick ice cream date on my day off! We always have a great, positive experience so I thought I would share it. We were greeted by a smiling face by the name of Jeanette I believe! An overly polite man and a little girl popped in and grabbed a Christmas-themed cone out of the freezer.
