If I could give 0 stars I would. I have always went to this location. But today I will not be going to it no more. The worker was so rude to me because I ordered a chocolate milkshake and stated chocolate ice cream she’s proceeds to make it with vanilla ice cream and I speak up to tell her chocolate she’s states next time make sure I say dark chocolate milkshake beyond rude to me about it I stated back I told you chocolate ice cream if she had asked first what kind of ice cream I wanted we wouldn’t even have an issue.

We have eaten at this location a few times, and for the most part this location has done really well. The last time we were in there, it was apparent that they are having some issue keeping the place clean. The ice cream was good, the staff is great. They just need to keep everything cleaner.

We’ve been in here a few times. The staff seems friendly, the ice cream is good, and, unlike the other location in Tupelo, their dinning area is open. We’d noticed the building needed some TLC and the eves need to be cleaned, but the inside seemed okay.Until we ate inside for the first time. Sitting at one of the tables, we looked over and noticed the blinds were gross. Not simply dusty, but splatted with yellow, black, and brown chunks of something sticking to the slats and edges.

Matt is good at his job. He deserves a raise. Very hard worker and knows what he is doing. He was respectful and kind as well. Ice cream was great!

I went to this establishment last night (8/1) Fantastic customer service! They went above and beyond to make my ice cream experience an amazing one ❤️ My friend and I were able to share amazing testimony with young employees as well. I hope they are blessed in the same way they blessed us!!

The website says it closes at 10pm. I went at 9:15pn. When I opened the door (that was still unlocked) they said they were closed. They need an adult or a supervisor instead of teenagers with bad attitudes.

I understand that it’s hard to find good service employees however if you are hours are saying closing at 10 o’clock but your 3 employees working there start counting their registers at 9:45pm - perhaps you should have this corrected on your hours for social media, google, and all else. I’m just a simple man being sent on an errand for his wife and children to grab jamoca almond fudge. i was not expecting the mother of one your employees in a black Nissan running me off yelling that it’s closed, when the store hours on the wall blatantly say Fridays and Saturdays hours are till 10pm. Again I get that I am a Brown man and I look threatening because of my Muslim features but I’m harmless - I just wanted some jamoca almond fudge for my kids. Please correct your hours of operation so that google doesn’t send me your way. But I do appreciate that you accept Apple Pay.

My son and I went to BR today to get a sweet treat. When we got there I asked to use the restroom. They don't have one!! When it was finally our turn, because they only had two employees working there and they were BOTH helping another customer, I asked to sample a couple of flavors I had never tried before. I couldn't try them because they don't have the sample spoons!! Then I asked for a dipped waffle cone. They didn't have that either!! So I settled on a regular waffle cone and when I paid for it and tried it, it was stale!!!! I will NEVER go back!!! It wasn't worth the money or the trip!!!
