I went to this establishment last night (8/1) Fantastic customer service! They went above and beyond to make my ice cream experience an amazing one ❤️ My friend and I were able to share amazing testimony with young employees as well. I hope they are blessed in the same way they blessed us!!
It’s a must to my daughter that we stop by Baskin Robbins after our meal or for a quick ice cream date on my day off! We always have a great, positive experience so I thought I would share it. We were greeted by a smiling face by the name of Jeanette I believe! An overly polite man and a little girl popped in and grabbed a Christmas-themed cone out of the freezer. Baskin-Robbins offers good ice cream and great staff. While the location has done well in the past, cleanliness has been an issue recently. However, the customer service is fantastic, with staff going above and beyond to create an amazing experience for customers.
