I was turned down outdoor seating at the Tupelo, MS Buffalo Wild Buffalo Wild Wings after I told the hostess I couldn't dine in and would like outdoor seating, due to a liver transplant and I can't dine in. (Due to germs and indoors being more susceptible to catching an illness)
They couldn't accommodate my simple request, they were not busy at all. I asked again so I can't eat outside and she went to ask someone in the back and she came back and said no you can't sit outside....read full review
I’m not usually one to complain but we had the worst experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant tonight in here.
Started off taking 10 minutes to have someone greet us (no big deal) when we’re sat (no exaggeration) it was the dirtiest table AND booth seats. Like overly dirty. The hostess lays out all menus and very obviously slides one over like he’s trying to cover drink rings and crumbs. Then walks off. My daughter and I came to watch a game that was being streamed and have a bite around 4:00. Waitress took our order fine and got it too us, but her shift ended and someone else was going to take care of us. They put the game on , he had not started yet so it went to screen saver, and for 30 minutes after and several employees were asked about getting the game on….. NOTHING
I watched on my phone , turned up loud. WE WERE THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE EATING ( 3 guys at the bar drinking)....read full review
