I would give a higher rating, but when my husband took me to Harvey's for my birthday on the 10th, the food was good, but when he went to pay, I had already walked outside with my daughter, and he had broken his glasses (the side arm broke off) so he was dealing with that when paying. He didn't notice that they had already added a 20% gratuity, so he added a tip, so they got lots of extra money that day. Happy Birthday TO ME!!! It was only THREE people, and they added a 20% gratuity!!!...read full review
