I made an on line order. The site said to allow 10 minutes for them to process the order. I arrived in exactly 10 minutes to pick up my order. This should have been plenty of time. The server asked me if I could wait for my three pies to cook. FIRST RED FLAG. This told me that they had not even started my order. NINE MINUTES LATER, I received my order. This tells me that your on line ordering is crap. Jack's already has my money, and they know that I will have to wait on my order...read full review
