I've eaten here multiple times and have always been disappointed. Sometimes service. When I order the sashimi platter, the portion size is so small that I leave hungry - and I'm not an exceptionally big eater. Nothing crazy, just not near as good as their competitors.
This used to be a great place to go for Asian cuisine. Now, however, the service is not service at all. Servers are totally disconnected from their patrons. The food has gotten just okay, and that's being kind. It's just not a great place to get wonderful service or scrumptious Japanese food. Kyoto's is just average. I'm very sad about this too. It used to be my sushi go to a couple of years ago.

I wil definitely be going back to this restaurant. The service is spot on and the food is fresh and made to order. Try the sushi you won't be disappointed. I'll be back and I live in south Alabama.
