4/22 Spent 30 bucks on 10 shrimp🤬🤬🤬 madden crab would never count there shrimp out. Then when I called to tell them about the issue Mgr got smart and said we give u 13 mam that dont make it right. Overly priced and rude. I will not spend another cent there ever again 😤

I’m a door dash driver. Every time I pick up an order from here it takes 20-30 mins. Now they just gave me the wrong order. I’ve spent almost an hour on this and it cost me money every time I have to come here.

Madden crab is way better! Crab legs are too small. Flavors are good but nothing special. No, customer service. They are suppose to give you free shrimp if you spend over 80.00. But they will not offer it to you. Which I thought was bogus. Luckily my friend spotted the coupon on the menu. But they only gave us half the free shrimp and we spent over 100.00 so your suppose to get 1 lb but they gave us a half of pound. Long lines.

Bad customer service, this is the second time they messed up my order and did not correct it. They will put you on old and make excuses and then finally say someone will call you back. I ordered a seafood boil a week ago, called them to tell them about it, they played phone tag until it was time to close. Then I called again tonight for them to redeem them selves. They left ALL my shrimp out the bag. I asked them to replace it or discount my order. Same game!!! And then the rude lady hung up!!! Do not eat there!!!

Every time I order the same thing, it’s a different price.
They have left food out on multiple occasions.
I called back tonight and they wanted to play phone tag!!!
Horrible customer service! They don’t correct their mistakes!
Update: they refused to correct the order, still playing phone tag and blaming other people. All they had to do was discount my next order or replace what was missing! Nope ! Won’t get another dime from me!!!

Me and my wife tried this place today and it was the best experience we have had in a while the food was amazing and it was plenty for the price it may be a little steep on the price but for the food quality it was great we will definitely be going here again very soon

No flavor, very watered down, $50 just for one cluster of snow crab legs is crazy. Do not recommend. Bad service. Plus it was super hot in the restaurant.

Bring your own scissors or silverware! Struggled with the plastic ware to get any crab out. Good combos and even the no-seasoning was a great pick and tasty! Suggest they slice the sausage thicker, it was almost deli-meat thin. Service non-existent, bottled/canned drinks only. Appeared clean and nice vibe without obnoxious sports tvs or noisy music! Would come back.

I love these kinds of restaurants. Great food, served quick and fresh. Friendly service. It was a lil complicated knowing I had to order at the counter but another customer quickly guided me there. I do wish they had fountain or canned drinks. They only offer bottles, but they did have a good variety of choices still.
