“The lady who was working the front counter was a sweetheart! We were traveling and passing through and decided to do McDonald's! I haven't eaten McDonald's in a long time, everything tasted different except the spicy chicken sandwich.“
“They had a $5 deal going on. The lady behind the counter was unaware of it. We had to point to the sign on the window to prove to them it was true. But she was really nice and we did get our food quickly the only problem was that the nugget was cold and hard but everything else was great. We all have our off days.“
“I would have rated the service higher, except I was going through the drive threw, and I literally could not understand what they were saying. The microphone worked just fine. However, the person working the window was rude to me because I had to ask her 3 separate times what she said. I realize that ebonics is often used in our world today. However, when it's not effective at the drive-through, maybe that's not the place for it. Speak clearly and use proper grammar. Just my opinion, and if I catch flack over this post, at least I told the truth, don't believe me? So see for yourself. The car in front of me left because they couldn't understand her. He just said forget it and drove off. Lol! At least I stayed to get my coffee and mcgriddle!“
“Drive thru was unusually empty tonight. This location is usually very busy. Drive thru order taker was courteous, timely, and thanked me for my order. Cashier was smiling and also thanked me for choosing McDonald's. When I got to the window to pick up my order, the employee at the window had my drink waiting for me and then quickly got my order. Some of the best post- COVID customer service I've experienced.
Parking: This location has a large parking lot area with three marked rows of parking spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and restaurant access are wheelchair friendly as is the restaurant interior and restrooms“
“Not really a bad atmosphere here unlike other McDonalds I have been in, but I can see how other people would dislike it especially since it's pretty cramped inside and the cars outside might get loud.
The food is great though, I recommend anything chicken because they have yet to mess it up and it's really good, especially the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich.
Vegetarian options: I don't think they have anything for vegans and vegetarians but I could be wrong.
Dietary restrictions: While they haven't messed up any of my orders before if it's a dietary restriction I'd probably just go to the burger King down the street or another McDonalds because if you're looking to add things to remember for this particular McDonalds then they might not as they are constantly busy and it would not be their fault if they messed up in my opinion.
Parking: Pretty big parking lot with a lot of space, more spots to park than seats inside honestly
Kid-friendliness: No play place but it's McDonalds so yeah it's kid friendly also "can we get McDonalds, I want the (insert menu item)" is a universal phrase at this point.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah just be careful not to get in the way of the drive through line when going into the building“
