I opted to go inside due to the backed up drive through lines. I walked in and the lobby was backed up as well. A customer in line told me I would be waiting a while. One of the workers was letting everyone know they had to use the kiosk to place an order because they didn’t have no help. People were waiting anxiously for their food. The worker continued to tell patrons they had to use the kiosk. An older gentleman was very frustrated with the technology. Patrons were helping...

I would have rated the service higher, except I was going through the drive threw, and I literally could not understand what they were saying. The microphone worked just fine. However, the person working the window was rude to me because I had to ask her 3 separate times what she said. I realize that ebonics is often used in our world today. However, when it's not effective at the drive-through, maybe that's not the place for it. Speak clearly and use proper grammar....
