Saturday night steak dinner at the bar. Crowded, yes, but fun. Fellow bar diners are always fun to talk to. Rachel and Taylor worked their tails off behind the bar and were super efficient, super polite, super friendly. Rachel was the best (she told me to say that :) ). Actually, they were equally great.

We dined here Christmas eve 2025. The service was excellent. We had a little trouble with our 1st order, which as a griller, I know not ever cut of meat is good. It was cooked perfectly yet quite tough. Our waitress (Kaylie) was amazing and got us a replacement. The manager on duty brought us a full meal and not just the new steak. She was great as well. They both provided the type of customer service that is sorely lacking these days. I hope they both receive praise from senior management.

Waited over a hour for table was told 30 minutes 8 of us ordered food half the table got there food the other half waited 15 minutes for food other tables got food that came in after us all the food should have came out at the same time not a good experience

Went Saturday night at 6:50pm. Ordered blooming onion and drinks and food. Got drinks and onion. At 7:05pm I asked where our food was because 3 tables that arrived after us had already ate and were paying their bills. Still no food so we asked the lady at the door if we could pay for our drinks, which took FOREVER to get 1 refill, and appetizer. She walked away and we waited for a bill for 10 more minutes and finally just left. They had no intention of waiting on us or serving us or even taking our money for that matter
