My husband, my granddaughter and I went last Thursday night. He ordered a steak med WELL. The steak came to the table rare! I ordered the classic prime rib. I got the outback prime rib. I dont eat spicy seasoning. When I explained to the server that I wanted the classic she said she thought they were the same. Why would you have 2 prime rib plates on the menu if they were the same. When i finally got my prime rib is was not hot and no flavor. Prime rib is my favorite. This was by far the worst I've ever had!My granddaughter couldn't eat her steak it was so tough. Her meal consisted of dry mac n' cheese. Our bill was $108.00. We will not be back. I rate Tupelo outback...-10.

Saturday night steak dinner at the bar. Crowded, yes, but fun. Fellow bar diners are always fun to talk to. Rachel and Taylor worked their tails off behind the bar and were super efficient, super polite, super friendly. Rachel was the best (she told me to say that :) ). Actually, they were equally great.

We dined here Christmas eve 2025. The service was excellent. We had a little trouble with our 1st order, which as a griller, I know not ever cut of meat is good. It was cooked perfectly yet quite tough. Our waitress (Kaylie) was amazing and got us a replacement. The manager on duty brought us a full meal and not just the new steak. She was great as well. They both provided the type of customer service that is sorely lacking these days. I hope they both receive praise from senior management.

Waited over a hour for table was told 30 minutes 8 of us ordered food half the table got there food the other half waited 15 minutes for food other tables got food that came in after us all the food should have came out at the same time not a good experience
