I dinned at this location tonight. I choose to dine at the bar top as to a regular table. The food overall was good. My issue came when it was time to close my ticket. Because of what I do I needed to get my drink order & food order on separate tickets. I pay cash for my drinks and pay on my debit card. I left enough of an tip on my card order to cover the entire cost of my dinner this evening. But, for some reason the bartender this night chose to only give back the whole dollar change on my cash order portion. When asked about it and if I could please receive the $0.42 change that is missing from that portion. The bartender seemed to have gotten mad and the basically thrown the change at my hand. So, is it custom for your establishment to keep part or the cash payment at your establishment? Because, that is very unprofessional. No matter what form a customer is paying from correct change should be given at the beginning. & if it was truly a mistake attitude should not be given when the problem is brought to your attention.

Saw one of the kitchen staff in the restroom and heard him coughing and blowing his nose in the stall. Obviously sick..... why is a sick person cooking food?

Me and my wife ordered she ordered a 12 ounce sirloin. I ordered a 16 ounce ribeye. Everything was going fine and the service was good. Nothing wrong with that. Everything was fine. My wife got her steak. I got my steak at the same time. Everything was good until I looked at my state. It was A half inch on one end and 3 inches on the other end it was well well done on the thin end and medium on the thick end just did not have a good experience at all

Very very good anniversary meal. Out of the gate we ordered the Sydney shrooms. Nice breaded mushroom with a homemade ranch sauce. Yum. Next up was the cream of onion soup. Very good. Surprisingly sweet and cheesy. Entrees next and the Kingsland pasta is the bomb. Steak and shrimp as ordered or you can get all steak for a couple of bucks more. The wife did a surf and turf with a loaded mashed potato. Both steaks and seafood was cooked to perfection. No rubbery shrimp or lobster here! The salted caramel cookie was good but could have used about 5 minutes less in the oven as it was a little over cooked and hard around the edges. Over all 4.5 stars on the food so we rounded up to 5. Only issue with service was asking about the valentines special that outback has been advertising all over the place about. Commercials, daily emails, fb ads. So you would think when asking the server about you'd get something more than a confusing answer saying a combination of they didn't have it and he didn't know what it was???? Wtf $120 with tip for meal described.

By far worst meal I’ve had in a while. $35 steak had no flavor and was tough. My wife’s meal was very bland. We would’ve been better going to McDonald’s. Only positive was the service.

One of the few places I feel confident in the staff's knowledge of food allergies. Great steak and the gluten free chocolate thunder is wonderful!

Gary was a great waiter and took care of us. Food was excellent and service was too. I recommend this restaurant to anybody. It is rare to find an establishment this good this day and time but they definitely nailed it!

Went to Outback yesterday afternoon and ordered a 6oz filet medium well… I got this small crispy very thin flat piece of over cooked, black meat. Very easy to see it wasn’t a filet. 1/2 inch thick and it had fat between the smaller piece of meat attached to it… it was so full of fat and grizzle that I had to spit out two bites. I’ve never complained at a restaurant but it was like someone was pranking us….trying to tell us it was a fillet… the big cook in the back even came out to our table to tell us it was a filet. We just said “no problem” and laughed. We grill a lot at home and we buy filets at Todd’s and have the meat cut to order. This was NOT a filet. It was a joke. We just had an amazing filet at Park Heights a week ago & we determined it was the best ever & then we had Outback… what a disappointment and we are still laughing …if you want a great filet, stay away from Outback and I’d highly recommend Park Heights..

Food was cooked correctly. The steaks could have been a bit less spicy but they were very good. Waiter went above and beyond!

Devin was a wonderful waiter! Need more waiters like him. He was so friendly and kept us informed about our food. We think that Outback needs to give him a pair of sandals.
