From start to finish is our experience.
We weren’t greeted with a smile but attitude at the door. We went in at 7:15 got biscuits that had hair in them not once but TWICE! WE WERE THERE ALMOST 2 HOURS AND DID NOT RECEIVE OUR FOOD! The manager name Kesha was walking around on her CELL PHONE and REFUSED to meet us after we requested her TWICE! AND THEY STILL MADE US PAY FOR OUR APPETIZERS AND DRINKS. This was only my second time ever and i will not be going back again!...read full review
Served me raw chicken. Manager wouldn’t even come out to talk with me. Didn’t even offer me more food or to cook it. Just took my plate off of the ticket, took my plate and made me pay for my daughter’s food.
