So, the food is always great! My daughter always gets a slice of cheese pizza and I always get the amazing ziti and garlic breadsticks. They are needing employees terribly so it took quite a while to get waited on and get our food. That being said, I feel like they needed to be more efficient in how they did things. They kinda took their time and was cracking jokes. We did witness a girl go off on the male employee that was making pizzas so that was entertaining?? Overall we love...
The line moves slowly, but the 4 cheese white slice was worth the wait. My 10 year old always loves the classic cheese slice, too. The 2 piece NY XL combo is perfect for us to share if we get the drink with very little ice. Marinara on the side and dipping sauces are an upcharge, but go a long way. Carrying your food, drink, napkins, utensils, receipt, etc is tough if you don't have help. The plates are flimsy and they don't provide trays. I'm a little clumsy, so...
I guess if you've been to one Sbarro location, you've been to them all... But I do like their Pizza and selection at this Tupelo Mall location. I've never had an issue other than they don't answer the phone when you call to make an order. I used to call all the time and pre-order which made things easy, but lately I've had do go in, order, and wait for my food to be prepared before I can take it home. But this is probably just a management issue at this...
