My husband and I tried Steak N Shake for the first time this evening and were blown away! Our burgers and fries were absolutely delicious. The staff was very sweet and talked to us for awhile! On top of the fabulous food and conversation, we enjoyed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and Nutella milkshakes!! So good! We will definitely be back soon!!!

They were understaffed, and we understood that but we’re willing to wait. However, the waitress saw my husband and I sitting there and even spoke so we knew she was aware we were there. She had even seen us come in. But a table of 6 came in and sat down AFTER we had been waiting for a while and she proceeded to take their order and left us waiting. We just got up and left. Very disappointing!!!!!
