Fantastic homemade scones!! So good I had two!! I had never had such a great hot chocolate. Made with steamed milk and chocolate syrup-no powder mix here. I ate the grits and sausage bowl for my meal which was really good.

The cashier has no idea what she's doing. I wanted an omelette and the Blonde girl at the register didn't know what came with it. When I asked if I could get veggies with it, she just shrugged her shoulders. We were the only ones in the restaurant and she had no interest in asking the kitchen. She seemed very flustered and annoyed that we were even there to order food. I decided on a ham egg and cheese sandwich instead. The cook, a brunette woman, gave me a sandwich with NO egg and a thin slice of ham and cheese. The sandwich was basically bread, I was close to just throwing away the sandwich because I don't like to inconvenience people especially since a long line had formed at this point and they seemed to be the only 2 employees.I explained to the cook the sandwich was missing the egg she rolled her eyes and fixed it.The 2 coffees tasted like watered down milk. Both parties could not tell they were even coffee.There were no plates to eat off of. Only the styrofoam boxes they came in yet they had metal forks.I wanted to clean our table but I didn't see a trash can so I asked the girl at the register what she would like me to do with the trash and the forks. She got annoyed, sighed and said she would take care of it.I ordinary do not leave bad reviews as I like to contact the owner of a local establishment but their website is down and theres no contact info on their Facebook.

I know it's freshly made and watched them make it, but the cold brew tastes like run-of-the-mill premade coffee out of a jug at the grocery store. The hangover burrito is called that cause it looks like someone hungover made it. The eggs are scrambled in a manner that looks like someone messed up when frying an egg and was like , "whoops guess they're scrambled now" and the bacon is that super thin and cheap stuff that would come in like gas station food . The addition of peppers, onions, and hash browns was minimal so this really didn't sell it for me.Mediocre food aside, the store itself is wild. There are more syrups on the shelf than a snowball stand but I understand that's a selling point for some. Everywhere you look is some new kind of homemade good to the point of information overload which is wild because the menu itself is also gigantic. And while I was reading it, and being the only customer there at the time, you can't help but get the feeling that the girls working there are trying to rush you outThe main selling point of this place is that it's not a corporate coffee shop and they are unapologetic in reminding you that with signage on the outside, inside, and around. But the whole experience feels insanely more corporate than going to local chains like PJs or CCs. Even the Starbucks next door is more welcoming and friendly and not trying to sell me a new product every other shelf

I went in. There were 2 girls. One (w blonde hair) that was extremely rude. It was my 1st time in there, so asked questions I was looking for a loaded tea. She said it had vitamins and that she couldn't tell me much else. She said she txt her boss. I stepped aside so she could assist a guy that came in and she was extremely upbeat, cheerful and all smiles while she served him. I took notice. Once he left, her demeanor towards me was the same. Nonchalant, yet letting it be known she was short on patience. There was powder floating in my drink. When I told her she seemed to have an attitude. She poured my drink over a strainer and dumped it back in the cup. The other girl did appear a little surprised. This didn't seem to be protocol.. I was so upset, I actually walked to my car and decided to go back inside to ask who was their boss. 'Kayla' was not there and the blonde haired girl , I was told just left to go home. I had just walked out 1 minute prior, so unless she went out the back door, not sure how that was possible. The other girl never offered to remake my drink. I asked if she was new. She answered, no. Funny thing, I quit drinking Starbucks because of the sugar content. I went to Starbucks that day, right after that. Then I went by a vape shop, where I was greeted by the sweetest girl!! She told me take my time. She answered all my questions. She helped me find what I was looking for and sold me something else I wasn't looking for. She was that nice and attentive. I was happy making my purchase there.. I told her you're very nice compared to the girls in the a coffee shop I walked in. She asked me, " Was it Caffe Paradiso"?? How'd she know? ??? She said , "they're never friendly there". Anyway, this place does not have loaded teas . I live in Louisiana and took a special detour specifically to get to Caffe Paradiso in Vicksburg, Mississippi and that's how I was treated. I will not be going back. I could say so much more. The girl was rude and my tea tasted like watered down grape kool-aid...

The coffe was good and the coffee cake muffin above average. The staff were three young women that had more interest in talking and serving. Eating behind the counter while making food is also a big downer for me. If you want to avoid the big chain coffee this is a good place not far off the beaten path for a quick treat.

Didn't end up trying the food young girl was running the drive thru I asked her what a cheesy bacon griller was she said she was new and the other girl was new too and that's all that was there at that point of the day but she asked the other girl she said bread cheese and bacon so decided to just get a club sandwich no cooking involved. Ask what types Sides did she have available it said choose one she said I don't think it comes with one. Then found out it's chips or potato salad asked what type of chips all they had was Cheeto no don't want those so I said potato salad for some reason I ask if it was made fresh today she said it is the same potato salad since I started here. Okay well told her politely thanks but I think I am just going to pass today. Now this is not the young lady's fault you don't leave new employees by themselves
