Sun Poke is a delightful restaurant in Vicksburg, offering delicious and fresh food. Their poke bowls, including the spicy tuna option, are flavorful and filling. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner is particularly kind to kids. The restaurant uses high-quality ingredients, including fresh raw tuna, and offers a "build a poke bowl" option. Customers praise the great food, perfect portions, and nice protein and base options, providing a great poke experience. The boba tea is also highly recommended, with a variety of flavors and customizable sweetness levels. While the ice cream may be considered overpriced, the overall dining experience at Sun Poke is enjoyable and worth a visit.
