First off let start by this I went there two days ago in order a 5 tinder wing's therapy told me they DIDN'T HAVE NONE! 👀 Ok so today I went back there in order the same thing a 5 piece tinder wing's SO TELL ME WHY THEY TOLD ME ME THE TINDER WINGS IS FROZEN!!! IN THEN THEY GONE SAY IF I WANT TO ORDER SOME CHICKEN ITS GONE BE BOUT A 45 MINUTE WAITE SO HOW IN THE HELL YALL WENT FROM NOT HAVEING NONE TO FROZEN C'MON ON NOW MAKE IT MAKE SINCE IF YALL DONT WONNA COOK JUST SAY IT THEN DONT LIE TO A CUSTOMER YALL GOTTA DO BATTER THEN THIS NOW..AND ON ANOTHER NOTE WHY THE HELL YOU GO THERE FOR THEN TO STAND AROUND IN SMELL LIKE CHICKEN🤣 IF THAT SO WHAT ASHAME THAT IS SMDH. The order was incomplete, with the 3-piece taking only a couple of minutes while the 5-piece took a lengthy 30 minutes. The male employees, including the manager, displayed a lack of urgency in attending to orders and the register, while the lone woman demonstrated a strong work ethic. Their focus on closing tasks seemed to overshadow customer orders, and the drink machine was also lacking ice. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this establishment.

2 of the workers was nice but the young man that brought my order out was very rude when I came 2 order box I ordered food and a cup of peppers then when I got to window I asked young lady did she add my cup of peppers she said yes then told me to go sit because it will be a minute I sat out there patiently and young man brought my food and it had 2 peppers in it so I told him I ordered a cup he left with a lil switch in his walk came back shoved it to me and said that was not what I paid for and said but you can have it for free the peppers he gave me where old I would not complain but I asked 4 those peppers twice well actually 3xs because at order box I said at the end did you get my cup of peppers well y'all don't have to worry about my services anymore besides I'm only 1 customer I will not be missed be bless

I have been to the Vicksburg ms location several times in the past month, Often closed during business hours ?
Very rude and short and rude interaction every evening and every time that I go I went tonight at 7:45 and they told me that they were closed the morning manager is absolutely amazing but that evening staff is very rude And unprofessional every single visit I’m getting to the point that I’m not gonna go back there and spend my money not everyone there but definitely the black lady that’s supposed to be I guess the manager for the evening time… Sad but true customer service is not your thing you need to definitely get out the business!

The food was bland. The customer service sucked. The only thing positive was there was no waiting. With the bland food and the terrible customer then the mo waiting was obviously evident. So no wait time is not a good thing. I would NOT recommend this church's chicken.
3months ago. Drive through. Rotten smell. Thought it was old grease no sir bones decayed brown . Pinched open rotten. Well why I’m restaurants researching. KFC same 2 years ago and still. Popeyes 1 year ago and still. If it’s no antibiotic, organic the chicken is rotten ing on route to place of sale. From processing. Churches been 10 yrs since here and yes rotten chicken. Brown scent of dead dog. Sorry. Bones are the last to decay after all any flesh are rotted off. Why you have skeleton remains on humans or animals. You do have skeleton in a death or kill. If those bones are discolored the thing been dead and bones in my last purchases are eggshells strength foul. Started back during epidemic no antibiotics for animal and humans on immune protect them. Kroger Walmart Sullivan’s been bad since that time. Rare to find meat in eatable condition then and now. My turkey inside bruised and rotten. Had Tyson air fried. Not good but less decay.
