I drove all the way from across town to get chicken and made it back home my entire order was wrong. I will not be going back! If you don’t know the difference between tenders and a leg, it’s time to hang up the towel! This location needs better management! Then I get back up there and have to wait on my tenders😠

First off let start by this I went there two days ago in order a 5 tinder wing's therapy told me they DIDN'T HAVE NONE! 👀 Ok so today I went back there in order the same thing a 5 piece tinder wing's SO TELL ME WHY THEY TOLD ME ME THE TINDER WINGS IS FROZEN!!! IN THEN THEY GONE SAY IF I WANT TO ORDER SOME CHICKEN ITS GONE BE BOUT A 45 MINUTE WAITE SO HOW IN THE HELL YALL WENT FROM NOT HAVEING NONE TO FROZEN C'MON ON NOW MAKE IT MAKE SINCE IF YALL DONT WONNA COOK JUST SAY IT THEN DONT LIE TO A CUSTOMER YALL GOTTA DO BATTER THEN THIS NOW..AND ON ANOTHER NOTE WHY THE HELL YOU GO THERE FOR THEN TO STAND AROUND IN SMELL LIKE CHICKEN🤣 IF THAT SO WHAT ASHAME THAT IS SMDH. Although we had to wait a while for our order, everything was fresh and hot! The guy who worked inside apologized for taking so long. They forgot our biscuits with the order, but it was okay.

The order was incomplete, with the 3-piece taking only a couple of minutes while the 5-piece took a lengthy 30 minutes. The male employees, including the manager, displayed a lack of urgency in attending to orders and the register, while the lone woman demonstrated a strong work ethic. Their focus on closing tasks seemed to overshadow customer orders, and the drink machine was also lacking ice. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this establishment.
