I am a traveler. I end up at alot of DQ's and other fast food restaurants, the place is spotless. The crew inside we're not tall busy , but you can tell they clean n do things when not busy with customers,super polite, food came back really fast, so hot and fresh. Alaskan fish sandwich n a chicken strip box , all was fresh n hot n the Carmel shake was perfect. Thank you DQ. You completed my day with a great meal.

The food was great but the lady at the drive through was awful! Super rude, acted as if we are the problem. We came in on Nov 30th at 12 pm it was a woman on the drive through. Because of her we will never be back

Waited 45 minutes for my order. I was told to pull forward for my blizzard, and no one came outside to bring it. I called the store and no one answered the phone. Honked my horn, no response. Had to go back through the drive through to get my blizzard and have them remake my now cold food. Pulled forward and waited another five minutes for them to bring out the blizzard with no food. Waited another ten minutes for my food. I was not given a lid for my blizzard and by the time I got home it had completely melted all over my car and was inedible. Horrible experience.

I went on thur the drive-in and ordered the cheeseburger $7.00 meal, that came with a sundae! When I paid for my order at the window the you lady passed me my drink first and then she proceeded to pass me my sundae..I politely asked her if I could get a bag to pu it in since I was taking it home with me…she rudely stated that we don’t give bags for sundaes, then I asked her why ? She stated that is just the way it is done there, then she asked me if I wanted a cup holder and I said yes! She was acting like she had gotten a serious attitude for me asking simply for a bag! Then she proceeded to past me my food and on doing so I looked in my bag and she had tossed my sundae on top of my burger and fries, and she abruptly closed the window and began to walk away; I blow my horn to get her attention and after she opened the window I asked her why she put my sundae in the bag with my hot food…she replied, because you said you wanted a bag did you? Okay !

Seventy dollars (70) that's right for 4 chicken finger baskets that had a sign that clearly said 7.49 for chicken finger baskets that's all we were going to get but never will I pay Seventy dollars for chicken. finger baskets at any place especially when the sign says 7.49 for chicken finger baskets 32.00 plus tax need to train your cashiers better D.Q.

Real nice stand alone DQ. Service by both the counter and server were excellent, friendly, professional. Impressive team in a clean location! Although you don’t expect “”healthy treats” at DQ, interesting they do not promote the fact that Blizzards are only 5% milk fat!

We walked inside, thinking it might be easier to eat & get served. Drive-thru girl barely made eye contact. She finally told us just a minute. It took about 4-5 minutes before the cook finally came out front to take order. We ordered cheesecurds & blizzards. He went & made our curds & he brought them out. We finished eating them a large order while we waited at the counter for our ice cream. We finished our large order & still did not have our ice cream. Girl, finally, after fulfilling 4 cars through drive-thru, asked us what we were waiting for. Our order was visible on the monitor the entire time. I'd guess it took over 15 minutes, maybe 20, to get our 2 ice cream blizzards. We walked outside to eat our blizzards & could smell someone smoking weed. After we finished eating we walked to our car near the back of the building. The 3rd employee who was not helping during this whole time was smoking. I'm so happy our curds & ice cream were good because if not for the cook, we'd probably still be waiting! Very disappointing.

I just went in to get a cake for my child’s end of year party. I wanted to say Nicole did a fabulous job. It looked as if there were about 5 tables, one at the drive thru and I needed a cake! So they were busy. But only two people that I saw. They handled it all with patience and poise. they greeted everyone with a smile and it was very refreshing to see. The chef in the back was kind and smiled and they each looked as if they had a great system going on.They were so kind and nice and I appreciate it greatly!

They are very rude and have poor customer service, we walked in and was NOT greeted, before we could get in the door the woman on front counter rushing talking about some “dine in or to go” and steady rushing for an answer so we told her to give us a minute and she walked off to the back and started talking about us very loudly to the other male co-worker which he was very nice and sweet, so we decided not to order and just leave. If you don’t like your job please quit, she needs to be fired asap!

I ordered a DQ cake online with a pickup time after 1100 am. When I went to pick the cake up at 1200 pm it was not ready. This is not the first time this has happened. While I waited to get the cake, I asked the person why this is a repeat issue and he said the person responsible for getting the order from the computer doesn't always pull the orders and post them. When they brought the cake out, it was not the cake I ordered. I told the lady and it was evidence she did not read the entire order. She also said they don't get the cake ready until it is paid for. The DQ website does not let you pay online. So ordering ahead only causes problems which the local DQ personnel could care less about.
