I love this place, but the salads there have gone down hill. They have always been good and fresh. Now they are made fresh with not so fresh material.

Two drive up windows. Huge selection for anything you crave, even a healthy side or full salad. We had a grilled chicken sandwich, beef brisket, red beans with rice, and large onion rings. For about $25, we were very satisfied with the taste, service, and price. Looks like a smoke shack nearby, the brisket did taste as if local smoked. Shout-out to Ashley running the register and to the cooks for feeding us well this evening.Vegetarian options: Salads

Brisket sandwich was good; meat not very tender. Potato salad was excellent! Try using fresh shrimp for the fried shrimp plate instead of frozen breaded ... Vicksburg is close enough to the Gulf for fresh shrimp!
I think it's a great place to grab a delicious lunch or dinner plate. The staff is courteous and the drive thru makes it convenient to order food. The only thing that would make this place more perfect is adding some more side dishes such as macaroni n cheese or green beans for example.

After a 6 plus hour drive from NW Arkansas and then spending another six hours working, all I wanted was to grab a quick bite to eat and head to my hotel. Decided to give Goldie's Express a go. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich combo. I guess they must have thought I said pulled pork platter as when I got to the window it was a couple of dollars more than I was expecting but I wasn't in the mood to ask them to correct it and figured I could always get a drink at the hotel. Once I got to my room at the hotel and opened my bag of food up, I had two containers of House BBQ sauce, two containers of Sweet Baby Rays a nice sized serving of slaw and some great looking onion rings. As for the meat there was a big pile of pulled pork, a really generous portion, the only issue was it was drowned in sauce! Lots and lots of sauce. Meat that has been well smoked and prepared properly doesn't need drowning in sauce. The sauce should be served on the side.

The sides were ok, but the meat makes the waiting in line worth it.Parking: There is no parking, just 2 drive through lines. One enters from 5he street and the other starts around back for the opposite side.Well worth the wait!

To me, although plates are plentiful, the food was not good but instead was heavy and greasy. The drive thru space is inconvenient and has an awkward setup. I would not visit again nor recommend Goldie's to friends.

I love the crawfish!! I just wish you could eat inside so my car/hotel room wouldn't have to smell like a crawfish boil.Much love all the way from Michigan.Definitely will go back to Goldies next time I'm in town
