Italian Restaurants in Vicksburg

“Todd the owner/chef has created a dining destiny! There is a difference between cooking & cooking with passion & love; and that’s what he does! The restaurant is housed in one of the beautiful old buildings on Washington St! You can’t get this environment in very many places. The exposed brick walls are beautiful & provides an intimate setting. The beautiful piano music makes your dining experience so relaxing that you feel like you are transported to a small Italian restaurant in Italy. We started with the Stuffed Mushrooms; I knew when I took my first bite it was not going to be just a nice lunch but an exceptional dining experiences to all of my senses! Our entrees were the Shrimp Scampi & the Tortellini Ala Casa, followed by a cannolis! This is like no other Italian Restaurant in not just Vicksburg but most likely in the state! I have had Shrimp Scampi At so many other places. This is like heaven exploding in your mouth where you literally have to close your eyes to have every taste sensation open up! This is as I said cooked with love & expertise! My husband had the Tortellini dish mentioned above! Over the top was all he could say! If you want a true Italian experience with food that will blow you away; this is the place! Also would like to add that our waitress Ashlynn was kind, professional & eager to please! She was awesome!“

“I definitely would give a five but I hosted last night and my favorite item has changed. When I’m traveling I always stop here to get pizza here simply because of the Kalamata olives that you use. Last night I got a supplement pizza and it had black olives. The pizza went from great to good. I’m just one person but please switch the olives back.“
