Highly disappointed and I'm not one to complain. The service was quick, friendly, and fast but the food itself was subpart to say the least. I ordered the chicken with Lima beans and Mac and cheese, although my chicken was crispy and hot, it was bland and unseasoned, the macaroni was dry and overpowered with a Cajun like seasoning, and I didn't get my beans, I got sweet potatoes which I don't eat.

Ordered the bourbon street pasta and I must say that’s the nastiest pasta I ever had, meat was tuff in certain areas and shrimp didn’t seem done. My first and last time ordering here.

Amazing food and service. Some of the best Char-Grilled oysters I've had.

Great Service with a lovely staff. Creme sauce was a bit runny, but it tasted fine. Need more and more of that Bread Pudding. Definitely plan on coming here again.

Exceptional fried green tomatoes, and I've had the "best" at a couple of other places in town.

We went to Loveys for dinner tonight. Not only was the food good, but the service was AMAZING. Ask for Camille; she’s great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovey is a great place I just kinda wish they put more food on their plates because that's too much money we're playing for that small amount of food. I love their desserts and would love to try some again maybe for a lower price. But one thing I must say is that they treat their workers terribly but the workers are probably the most kindest people I've ever met I just wish they were treated better. Maybe one day I'll go back and get a few things.

Where do I start? Well, I will start at the end of our visit. My husband requested to speak to the chef. The chef comes out and my husband asks to shake his hand, gives him a personal tip and praises his food. My husband has only done that one other time. We had a wonderful and attentive waitress, Alexis. We started with the Seafood Cakes for an appetizer. The plating was beautiful and the cakes and the "Smitty" sauce were oh so scrumptious! So good in fact that we purchased a bottle of the homemade "Smitty" sauce and a bottle of the "Blazin' Smitty" sauce. I had the Seafood Gumbo and my husband had the Hilly City seafood pasta. Both were extraordinaire. All dishes are made from scratch per the chef. This is definitely a place to revisit and one that should be on the Food Network. I appreciate that this restaurant was affordable as this chef is high end in our opinion.
