I had just lost a child, my brain was in a fog and I pulled up farther than I was supposed to in the drive through. The staff stared yelling at me, making fun of what I had done and wouldn't give me a refund when I came back around and wanted that instead of the food that they wouldn't walk 5 feet to give me.

We stopped this morning to grab some sausage biscuits. I don't know what yall are doing, but keep it up! They where so so soft and fresh. Never had such a great sausage biscuits from McDonald's in my life! They hashbrowns where nice and fresh too.

It was very busy on my visit but the staff kept pace. The food was OK, but it fell prey to the no salt on fries or seasoning on burgers. One special burger, the patty and cheese, were folded in half, but it was prepared as I ordered. All in all, would stop here again.

I was in town for my grandmother's funeral. I visited this location around 10:30 pm on November 22, 2024, and was treated very rudely by the drive thru cashier. I waited at the drive thru for several minutes, about 6 minutes, if not over. The cashier never greeted me nor acknowledge me, but I could clearly hear her talking and laughing over the speaker with other employees. I nicely said "Hello" and instead of the cashier greeting me, her response " I said McDonalds two times and you didn't say nothing." I replied back "Excuse me?" because I was in a state of shock, that a cashier would speak to a customer this way that had not provoke her to do so. After I replied, she smacked her lips and with attitude responded, "Uh! McDonalds, what do you want to order?" The cashier continuing to be rude was enough for me. My next response was, " What?! Excuse me?! No, there is no way that you are speaking to me like that, a customer. What kind of service is this? Nope, I am not ordering anything from here!" Then I drove off. I meant to call a manager the next day but as I stated earlier, I was preparing for and attending my grandmother's. I was in mourning and dealing with enough. So, to go through a drive thru just to make a simple order, on top of dealing with my grandmother's passing was too much. If a manager happens to read this review and find out who the person was on that evening, I do not want the young lady fired, but I do recommend some corrective training. I have worked in customer service myself, since I was 14 years old, close to 30 years and have never treated a customer that way. It costs nothing to be kind because you never know what that person on the other side of the speaker may be going through.

waited forever for a damn mcchicken and two fries while multiple people who order after me some who even had larger orders proceeded to get there’s. the n to top it off they forgot the sauces so i asked again for a honey mustard and a hot mustard and received a mf hot mustard and spicy buffalo. don’t go to this location for a reason. staff also does not have a great attitude and barely do what they’re paid to do.

The ordering and dining areas were clean. Ordering with the app was seamless. The service to the table and the accuracy of the order were good.

The menu in this restaurant was different to others we have been in, and it was also slightly more expensive (about 15%).

We felt this restaurant needs more personnel to clean the kids area. Although it was clearly written in the rules of use of the climbing apparatus, there were food left overs inside it, as well as food on the floor by the tables. I understand people should be more collaborative with these basic rules, but perhaps the restaurant could attend this area more often.

For us, the reason we chose this restaurant was precisely the play area. It would be good that McDonald's had this as a criteria for filtering their restaurants in their own app.
