They seemed short staffed and had no one at the counter we placed our order at the kiosk but it wouldn't let us pay there so we had to wait for someone to appear.

There were 3 customers in here when we got here. They quickly left, leaving us the ONLY people inside for at least 30 minutes. Restrooms: disgusting. Vomit on counter and in sink (pic after I rinsed it out), and trash on floors and counters. Urine across the floor around urinals- At least they had a “wet floor” sign. Overflowing trashcans. No soap. No paper towels. Couldn’t even put door handle on straight. Dining area: disgusting. Not a clean spot or table. Trash everywhere, even across soda and condiment area. Entire floor felt like walking/sliding across grease. Again, we were the only people that ordered while we were there, with two cars through the drive through and it still took 30 minutes to get our food. Biscuits and bagels were as hard as rocks (it was broken in half and yes, I cleaned the table after hammering the rock on the table). I even cleaned our table and other tables after we ate. Obviously, they were too “busy” to clean anything. I mean, it is McDonalds but still! I never eat at McDonalds but it was a dang road trip. Never again.

Hamburgers were not cooked all the way, server was very rude.peopl were in the back and took about 10 minutes to get our order taken.we ordered from kiosk, would have thought we were pulling their teeth to get them to bring it to us.

These kids that they have at these drive thru windows have attitudes and dnt want to take orders . Too busy playing with yheir coworkers so I just drove off after waiting on these kids to take my money .It's ridiculous that the service is horrible. These kids with attitudes don't need to be anyone

I go here all the time. The prices are reasonable, and if you use the mobile app, it's very convenient fast and easy to understand. I recommend this if you're trying to save money save time and simply need some quality fast food.

Burgers so dry we could barely swallow a bite. Doesn't even seem to be real beef anymore. Service was slow, took 30mins just to get 2 meals, Had to order thru a kiosk so no interaction on the order. Done with McDonalds.

I had just lost a child, my brain was in a fog and I pulled up farther than I was supposed to in the drive through. The staff stared yelling at me, making fun of what I had done and wouldn't give me a refund when I came back around and wanted that instead of the food that they wouldn't walk 5 feet to give me.

We stopped this morning to grab some sausage biscuits. I don't know what yall are doing, but keep it up! They where so so soft and fresh. Never had such a great sausage biscuits from McDonald's in my life! They hashbrowns where nice and fresh too.
