A-1 Rating as far as I am concerned. I had the opportunity to meet the GM Mr. McClendon who I am very impressed with. This gentleman continuously worked behind the register taking orders, cleaning up on the floor and it seemed as if he was preparing food. He is very professional, cordial and welcoming which is cause for return visits. The building was extremely clean, Staff for the most part was very nice and the food was outstanding! I will recommend this restaurant to everyone that I can. This gentleman and restaurant deserve KUDOS!! OUTSTANDING JOB!!

I purchased the ultimate salad on January 2, 2026, and was very disappointed when I discovered that some of the meat was spoiled. When I brought this to the worker's attention I was provided another salad with more spoiled meat and told it was the salad dressing that was bad. Either way, the salad wasn't edible.

No one at the counter to take our order. Luckily there was a self service kiosk at the counter and we're not afraid of technology and was able to place our order and pay. It even offered us the opportunity to pay extra for the meal which we declined because we're not stupid.

Food was excellent, tea was fresh and sweet (if it’s great tea, it’s a great day) and the restaurant was clean! Service staff needed to smile and more enthusiastic but they were nice.

This is hands down the worst Newk’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered the same sandwich as my friend, but somehow waited 15 minutes longer to get mine and when it finally came out, it was wrong. No double meat, no jalapenos like I clearly asked for. I sent it back, and they added the double meat, but still forgot the jalapeños.
At any other Newk’s, this wouldn’t even be a problem because the toppings and condiments are actually available on the stand like they’re supposed to be. But not here. I have to ask for bread and butter pickles every single time, and they act like it’s a big inconvenience. As a previous Newk’s employee at a different location. IT IS NOT DIFFICULT TO PUT THE CONDIMENTS AND TOPPINGS OUT. Honestly, I think it’s takes longer to individually cup 60 cups of pickles..
The service is slow, the setup is frustrating, and they clearly don’t have the same standards as other locations. I seriously hate this Newk’s. And I think serious actions need to be taken.
I used to think that Newk’s was one of those chains that are always top notch (like Chick fil a), but I guess I was wrong.

Had to repeat my order twice at the counter. They still brought it out wrong. Had to repeat it three more times to the waitress, the last time she screamed at me from the kitchen across the restaurant asking me what my order was. Food tasted like sour dish water. Ultimately got food poisoning which is not surprising.
