Order a simple Large pizza and wings. 1st they stated they didn't have any delivery drivers so I drove to pick it up and hour after they said it was ready. I came an they made the incorrect pizza and microwaved my wings. This location is beyond unprofessional. The whole process was inconvenient.

Just ordered buffalo wings and had to pay for ranch. The cashier had an attitude about the 80 cent price of the ranch. I’m very confused bc why am I paying for ranch when I bought wings. It didn’t even come with 1 free ranch. What else is the ranch being used for other than the chicken?

I purchased 2 cinnamon rolls plus 2 medium pizzas. Notwithstanding I had my puppy in the car with me, when I was handed my order, the top box of cinnamon rolls slid right off the stack and landed on the carpet of the floor. I tried to catch it but the box was steaming hot!. I ended up purchasing another order of cinnamon rolls. The employee said it should be ready in about 10 minutes. In the meantime. I drove to the gas station down the street to clean the mess off my carpet. When I returned approx 20 minutes later, I was told to drive around again because my order was not quite ready. No problem. When I received my order...again popping hot, I was going to ask for a bag as to not make another mess. But I chose not to. I believe it should be standard practice to use bags, especially at the drive thru, when handling multiple size containers that may slide off in transit.
I normally would never come to review a pizza... But this particular store's employee acted like I was crazy to suggest a change. I would give zero stars if I could. The worst pizza I've ever received, I've traveled the country for a long time, and I'm 40 years old haha. So this is a huge dig on this store. It was so dry/crispy you'd think the thing was trying to be a $15 toppingless cracker. I can't think of a worse place to spend $15.
I ended up going to Waffle House, and they saved the evening. Thanks #wafflehouse !
I placed an online order on the Pizza Hut app. There was an offer for two large pizzas, breadsticks & a two liter drink for $26.99. The app required me to select a location. The total was about $30 and I selected to pay at the drive through. When I arrived at the drive through the clerk said the total was $54. I asked for an explanation and was told this Pizza Hut doesn’t honor the Pizza Hut online offers.
