I ordered pizza online. I thought it was delivery, but later realized my error. I called to let them know we were on our way. Once there, they argued that the pizza was never ordered. Once shown the receipt, they said “Oh, we threw it away.” My card was charged 4 times and refunded once. The employees refused to refund the money, saying we could come back in the morning. Never offered to remake the pizza or apologize. My 4 year old grandson still hasn’t eaten the pizza...read full review
Laziness people. We’re eating cold pizza bc they couldn’t be bothered to call us and double check our address and we had to go to the store and pick it up after ordering for delivery.
