Took over 15 mins for sandwich and steamed broccoli. The sandwich was barely toasted, the spring mix lettuce was rotten, the steamed broccoli was raw.
Customer service at this location was truly horrific. I stood at the counter for ten minutes while three staffers ignored me before I could even order. When I was finally acknowledged I was met with “man I hate this freaking job” and the lady put my order in incorrectly. The floors were sticky everywhere I walked, there was a plethora of tables that had not been bussed, and there were only 15-20 other people inside. I ordered a chef salad to go and asked for extra crackers. The salad was good but all the crackers were stale. The seemed to be well over the expiration date. Had I been in the restaurant I would have returned them. Instead they all went in the trash.
