Pizza Hut in Vicksburg

“I purchased 2 cinnamon rolls plus 2 medium pizzas. Notwithstanding I had my puppy in the car with me, when I was handed my order, the top box of cinnamon rolls slid right off the stack and landed on the carpet of the floor. I tried to catch it but the box was steaming hot!. I ended up purchasing another order of cinnamon rolls. The employee said it should be ready in about 10 minutes. In the meantime. I drove to the gas station down the street to clean the mess off my carpet. When I returned approx 20 minutes later, I was told to drive around again because my order was not quite ready. No problem. When I received my order...again popping hot, I was going to ask for a bag as to not make another mess. But I chose not to. I believe it should be standard practice to use bags, especially at the drive thru, when handling multiple size containers that may slide off in transit.“

“The people that were working tonight were so friendly and so attentive to the orders. They were really working hard. We ordered two large pizzas, two cheese breadsticks, and 18 wings. Ordering online was a pleasure. It was effortless. We were traveling back home from out of state and this was pretty much our only option to get in and out quick, which was our hope, and they sure made it happen. Our boys were happy to have pizza, cheese breadsticks, and wings. 💕“
