Pizza Hut in Vicksburg

“I purchased 2 cinnamon rolls plus 2 medium pizzas. Notwithstanding I had my puppy in the car with me, when I was handed my order, the top box of cinnamon rolls slid right off the stack and landed on the carpet of the floor. I tried to catch it but the box was steaming hot!. I ended up purchasing another order of cinnamon rolls. The employee said it should be ready in about 10 minutes. In the meantime. I drove to the gas station down the street to clean the mess off my carpet. When I returned approx 20 minutes later, I was told to drive around again because my order was not quite ready. No problem. When I received my order...again popping hot, I was going to ask for a bag as to not make another mess. But I chose not to. I believe it should be standard practice to use bags, especially at the drive thru, when handling multiple size containers that may slide off in transit.“

“facilities were clean, the clerk was friendly and helpful, and the pizza and trimmings was fresh and delicious. I will trade there often. one tip, a customer on a pickup order had a "keep it hot" cover. I will get one and use it.“
