Ordered 2 3 PC spicy chicken on 08/08/2025. They took my Credit card gave me my order and as usual it was wrong and old chicken if they were out of spicy They could have given me They opportunity of waiting but they did not pushed me right on thru the drive thru. Gets home chicken old not spicy and cold. Never again going there . Staff has the nasty attitudes also. Ticket number 3194 .

I don't know what has happened to this place but if I could give it zero Stars I would I came there on my lunch break I ordered chicken breast and a apple pie chicken head absolutely no salt on it it was just plain hey no taste I also ordered a apple pie it was soggy and greasy and just to think that they thought I would give them $2.96 for a cup of ice really I wouldn't advise nobody to return to this place! I didn't take anything back because I was too far away and I was on my lunch break but I'll never go here again

I got a five piece tenders neal. The tenders weren't tenders and they were very small. Pretty dried out for 5:30 pm. They also once again forgot my sauce.

The food is good IF you can get it. The management is Discriminatory against WHITE people if you gonna have a restaurant in Vicksburg Management needs to treat all COLORS the same!! Discrimination with the management.!!!

Horrible customer service, lady was rude.
At 9:20, All they had was regular chicken. No spicy, no sides, no biscuit, no dessert, no drinks.

Worst Popeyes ever. Always out of fries, employees are rude, chicken strips are small. Go to the one on clay street.

Customer service was horrible. We pulled up to the drive thru and the lady named what they had left which was chicken, ghost wings and tenders so we asked did they have sides since she announced what they had left and chicken was on the menu. She rudely said yeah we got sides so what you want. We started to place our order when she rudely said something else so I told my husband never mind let's go but he was going to proceed to order anyway until she said go. SMH if you don't want to do your job stay take the day off or if you're having a bad day say a prayer and put on a happy face God can turn that frown into a smile.

I made a mobile order tonight at 10pm for be picked up at 10:15. When i arrived at 10:10 they told me they did not get my order, about five minutes later the lady came out and said that they didn’t have enough chicken and they close at 10:30 (they close at 11) and they also said they are out of mac & cheese. I asked if I could just get a refund but she said since I went through the Popeyes app and that is a third-party app I have to go back through the app. The lady also claimed to be the manager at first, but then she said, do you want me to go get my manager? They finally decided to actually work and fry the chicken I ordered. Will never be back.

Beware of this location! I went on a Sunday night after work and the gal in the drive thru tried charging me $25 for 8 pieces of leg and thigh dark meat chicken with NO additional items, sides, or biscuits. I said no thank you!

I usually don't post reviews, however my visit last night at this location was extremely displeasing. I spent a total of $27 on last night's dinner and it was totally wrong. I was asked to pull forward to wait on fresh food however after receiving my food approx. 15 minutes later, I went home and discovered that my order was immensely incorrect. I ordered the 12-piece tender family bundle and requested that 2 of the tenders were blackened. After arriving home, I discovered 2 blackened tenders, 2 regular tenders, 1 breast, 1 wing, 1 thigh, and 1 leg (definitely not what I ordered). I attempted to contact the store last night approx. 4 times, no one answered the phone. I have also attempted to contact the store several times today and still no one has answered the phone. As I've stated before, I don't usually post reviews, however this time I was left with no choice.

Purchased 2 of the 3 piece chicken tender side and biscuit. Cost about $14.94!! They had the NERVES to pu almost half a teaspoon red beans and rice in the tiny container! Just enough to cover the bottom.Hell they could have filled the container which holds about 3 tablespoons. For that amount of money, the container should be larger. Your best value for your money is KFC $5.00 FILL UP. I'VE BEEN A LOYAL POPEYE'S CUSTOMER FOR AT LEAST 40 YEARS AND LOYAL TO THIS LOCATION EVER SINCE IT OPENED! ENOUGH OF SCAMMING THE CUSTOMER. A 3 MONTH NEW BABY COULD EAT THAT TINY SERVING OF RED BEANS IN ONE MOUTHFUL! THE TENDERS WERE COLD. THEY ARE DELICIOUS WHE HOT! LOCATION: PEMBERTON BLVD IN VICKSBURG, MS.
Update Nov 30, 2024 it is no better! I’d stop coming to this one and went to clay street! The chicken tastes better there! Today the chick looked and taste like it was cooked a week ago! The skin was Black underneath the breading! Plum nasty ! I’m done with the one on pemberton‼️
