The drive-thru attendant was rude. I was waiting on her to take my order, and she took a call on her phone and closed the window instead of taking my order. I sat there for a moment longer, and she looked at me like I was bothering her. I pulled off and went somewhere else. I see there are so many negative reviews about this store, but clearly nothing is being done about it. I have not returned and have no intentions of returning! I suggest no one else goes until they do something about their employees' customer service skills.

The service is always great, and the food always tastes fresh. Only downside, about every 3rd or 4th trip I'm missing my biscuit

Today my boss went to get us some food because it’s a long work day for us & we hit the 12 piece meal for $28.99 so she gets to the window and they charged her 82$ she asked what happen the cashier said they was 30$ a piece not only did they over charged her they throw our food in one bag and it literally broke as soon as she got to us ! She also states that they were rude when she asked about the price ! She is a very nice lady and she didn’t deserve the treatment she got !

Went to order online and this place doesn't exist on the web. So I walk in to order and the item I want is only available online. Not sure what the disconnect is. The lady was super nice but doesn't help that I can't order even in the store itself.

I ask for regular blackened chicken wrap and got spicy with so much freakin cheese where can I get good customer service and my food how I want with my money y’all need to replace the whole staff cause they slow and don’t have no southern hospitality baby this Mississippi

This was the best chicken in years. It was fresh, juicy, and hot with heat. It was well-worth being told to pull up to the line.

Stopped in off the road just looking to use the restroom and get something to eat. I walked up to counter and was greeted with looks of inconvenience as if just what exactly am I doing here. The store could use a freshening up and the soda dispenser was both out of lids and didn't appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. The gentleman who took my order at least took my order. Not friendly. Not exactly rude. Three words maybe. Another person couldn't be bothered to hand me my order and the original guy had to come around and give it to me. Sorry, but not a very welcoming place. Super glad I'm just passing through. Next time I'll just go to McDonald's or something. Dang.

Ordered 2 3 PC spicy chicken on 08/08/2025. They took my Credit card gave me my order and as usual it was wrong and old chicken if they were out of spicy They could have given me They opportunity of waiting but they did not pushed me right on thru the drive thru. Gets home chicken old not spicy and cold. Never again going there . Staff has the nasty attitudes also. Ticket number 3194 .

I don't know what has happened to this place but if I could give it zero Stars I would I came there on my lunch break I ordered chicken breast and a apple pie chicken head absolutely no salt on it it was just plain hey no taste I also ordered a apple pie it was soggy and greasy and just to think that they thought I would give them $2.96 for a cup of ice really I wouldn't advise nobody to return to this place! I didn't take anything back because I was too far away and I was on my lunch break but I'll never go here again
