my drink was amazing but the lady at the window didn’t make eye contact and wasn’t super pleasant. not to mention i was the only person in line and she appeared to be in a rush. but they made my drink and had it ready to go when i got to the window!!

I was having a rough morning and decided to get my Starbucks delivered to me through DoorDash. I got my order with a cute little happy face on it & This may not mean much to a lot of people but it definitely meant the world to me at this time. Thank you so much for putting a smile on my face during a brief difficult time of mine! Amazing customer service!

I just drove thru (3/10/2025) and the young man at the window was so professional, kind, and friendly. We are visiting from Texas and that’s the best service we’ve gotten in Vicksburg. Thank you, young man! You made our day.
