Last night me in a couple of family visit Taco Bell last night we ordered 4 steak quesadillas 3 strawberry freeze a number 5 and a Large Nachos Fries so someone in the background said gah damn like we had ordered too much stuff but this is so unprofessional and we pull up to the window in we see they are playing in now we see why the lines be so long at night

Worse customer service ever. Very rude. They won't take your order at the counter. They said you have to use the kiosk because they don't know how to use the regular register. Slow at getting the food out and it was already cold.

If I could give this Taco bell a zero all across the board I will. I've been living in the state of Mississippi the city of Vicksburg for 8 years. And, a few years ago I stopped going to Taco Bell. We only have one branch here. And the last 4 years I've been there only four times due to the sudden change of circumstances. The food was never fresh. I now live 10 minutes away. By the time I get from that destination to my home the food isn't even warm it's ice cold so therefore it wasn't hot and fresh when I purchased it. On yesterday November 9th 20 25 I visited Taco Bell again. My order was a number nine no beans add beef which is the Mexican pizza with two hard tacos add extra ground beef My total was 15 plus dollars. By the time I got home. I picked up my taco and said to myself. I did not order soft tacos I ordered hard. Unbeknownst to me they were hard tacos but they were soggy the shells were breaking. And they were just thrown together as I also can remember from before. The shell on my Mexican pizza I could break it up by touch it was also stale and thrown in the box I have video of this situation. As before I called the branch four or five different times could never get an answer I did leave a message on the answering machine and I would like the email to Taco Bell so that I can email the video Thank you in advance.

Twice I have gone here and ordered a Mexican Pizza, which I love. Twice I have gotten a Mexican Pizza made with rancid tostada shells. Was so bad I could not eat it and had to throw it out. Don't they check this stuff for freshness?

They only put a sprinkle of meat in your food. Great if you’re a vegetarian, I guess. They also do not answer the phone, ever. Go to Clinton if you can take the time.
The only reason it's getting a 3 star is because of the service. I came to the drive through during lunch I ordered the beef nacho grande, grill cheese steak burrito, a regular size strawberry freeze and a caramel apple empanada for almost $20. I don't remember the gentlemans name, but he was maybe between 30-40's very polite and very professional through the speaker & at the window. I don't remember his name & I threw away my reciept, but he deserves a raise.
The nachos tasted stale, like card board, not enough toppings, a big ole heaping pile of guac to make up for the little beef, cheese, pico & sour cream. 0/10
The grill cheese steak burrito was decent, flavourless except the heat. 4/10
The caramel empanada there wasn't enough apple filling. I wanted to like it, but I just didn't. 3/10.
The strawberry freeze. Eh it was okay 4/10
All in all Taco Bell isn't worth going. If you want food like this your better off making it yourself. The 3 star review is for the service not the food.

One of the worst customer service ever when you gotta wait 5 minutes to order and not many cars in the drive three wait another 5 minutes to get to the window and pay just to watch people walk past the drive threw and not ask you about your order glad I didn’t pay cause I left soon as they open the window with my food
