I have never had a more disappointing Taco Bell experience than I have ordering from this place. No meat in any item you order. What is up with constantly skimping?! Is it gonna come out of your pay or something? Management and/or this franchise need to work on delivering better quality for paying customers.

I've been here several times, and it is consistently mediocre, even by Taco Bell standards.

The food items are generally poorly executed, i.e., lacking meat, lacking cheese, quesadillas burnt or not heated enough, soft shells often have crunchy edges like they've been open for too long or exposed to heat, very little creamy jalapeño sauce used on the quesadillas.

The cashiers are often times rude, and the inside of the place isn't particularly well kept.

After catching a glimpse of the kitchen on my last visit, I won't be going back anytime soon. Grease build-up all over the ceiling, filthy air diffusers, trash in the corners, grease build up on the sides of equipment, etc.

If they can't be bothered to keep the areas visible to the public clean, I can only imagine what the rest looks like.

This location is very bad. They don't put sauce pauches on the counter. When asked, they always say that it's by the franchise..recommend not to put them on counter

Today I ordered on the app for my employees and myself. I'm stunned by how difficult it was and how many steps it took to get the order somewhat correct after an unreasonable amount of time. Food missing, paid drinks requested multiple times, and to add further insult, every single food item was thrown together in one bag and poorly wrapped. Even after 30+ minutes of this and getting back to my store, things were still wrong. Attempt at contact was unsuccessful and offensive. After calling multiple times over a period of time, they began declining my calls immediately. Still no contact, still crappy food presented terribly, and they still retain our entire payment.

Did not get my discount for the freeze at 3pm for happy hour- and they gave me the wrong order. Thankfully i noticed before driving off. Please have employees check orders before handing them out the drive thru window. This location was empty and no line so the mess up is really not acceptable.
