Typical Waffle House. It was close to our hotel so we walked. Wasn’t busy. Staff was friendly and food came in good time. However, this restaurant was filthy. Like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Crumbs and sticky substances all over the tables and chairs.
We got into town later than expected, around 8 so we hit waffle house because we know they're 24 hours. We got there around 20 minutes before shift change so we had to wait until that was done to order they said. It was FREEZING so the extended wait when I was tired sucked but the food was good and the new waitress who came on shift was very friendly.
I had an amazing experience at Waffle House! The service was outstanding—our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to ensure our meal was perfect. The staff's warm hospitality made our visit truly memorable.
