Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Floors were slick, even though they were not wet. Some kind of residue on counter and pc screens, bathroom fixtures. Service was mediocre. Started cooking fries after sandwiches were ready on serving tray.

Usually they are decent but today I got a hot and spicy chicken nugget mixed with my regular chicken nuggets! I guess the ran out of the regular ones! Just know some people can’t tolerate not & spicy and you can cause serious health issue by slipping in as substitute & giving people hot & spicy foods‼️A few years ago accidentally eating hot and spicy food would have sent me to ER‼️

Absolute terrible Went in with my husband and son. I let it go that not one of the 4 people that looked in our face spoke. We could tell they were moving around but not one person after serval minutes said just a moment or we will be with you shortly…that includes someone who appeared to be dressed as a manager. Needless to say we walked out. If you do not want our money; we are okay with keeping it. We are not in a day and age where businesses are deciding to stay open so please work on your customer service. I’m just one but I assure you I will never return bc it cost you absolutely nothing to be polite. We decided to go to the Clay St location. The cashier spoke and was pleasant. The manager was preparing an order and even came around the corner from the drive thru to speak while continuing to work. If you do not want to work or work in service find something else to. Poor service is normally poor quality as well.

I guess fast food workers are younger these days. Not friendly, no thanks for dining and certainly don't check to verify if your order is correct. But I guess that's my fault to. I should've check to see if my chicken was spicy before I drove off..... that's not usually how it goes.

Slow minded and lazy. One min they don’t give out jelly then next thing you know ..it’s jelly in the bag. The old man with braids and beads need to be in a nursing home. Clay St. Wendy’s is way better

01/272025 , 15:30 I had just gotten off work(truck driver) and had to be out in the rain and cold today. Was soaked etc……. De I would have the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, and a large chili. Placed my order, and pulled up to the window ,made my payment and had to wait for just a short 2 minutes maybe. Food was brought out to me and apologies made for the wait (which really wasn’t long at all) and I drive home. Get my food out and wow. The staff did an awesome job. Fresh soft bun, chicken was good and hot , Lettuce looked like it had just been picked and washed. Nice color to it. And The chile was good and hot. Perfect for warming up after being in the cold all day. If I had to name the only negative thing it would be that the fries needed a bit of salt for my preference. So , I don’t know who all the staff was, but thank yall so much for a good meal, hot and fast m

For a fast food place, this was one of the best I've been in in a while. It was clean and the food was great. Best of all though, the people were so nice and friendly.
If I could give no stars, I would. Employees had us waiting to order for about ten minutes while they walked around ignoring us. And no they were not busy. They were rude. Waited for food for quite some time and mine was given to us. I almost finished mine by the time my husbands was given to him. My burger was cold and fries tasted bad. Maybe old oil? Was not given a receipt so we had to go back up to the counter and wait again for someone to help us and get it. I definitely do not recommend going to this location!

Not really sure about this. Sometimes ya have to make sure your not being pranked on. Just too much negative here. Cold food, cold, old and little pieces of fries. No ketchup in the dispenser. Carbonation in the drink machine was apparently going out. Trash left on several tables. Employees behind the counter just carrying on like I'm not even there. And if my wife hadn't waited till I was half thru with my food about the lady in the bathroom jumping up and running out without washing her hands I'd never even ate this meal. I've ne er been somewhere like this I just don't know where to go with this. Sometimes you live you learn huh. Well learn from this, you're better off waiting in line next door at zaxbys to finish construction than eat here.
