The customer service was horrible. There was absolutely no one in the lobby when I walked in yet I still waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came to take my order. She looked absolutely miserable and spoke so low I could barely hear her. I had to repeat my order several times and SHE STILL GOT IT WRONG!! The food was even worse than the service. The fries were extremely old and burnt and same with the nuggets. They tasted like they were cooked in old burnt grease. Don’t waste your money or time.

Im ssooo excited I got one ONE none burnt nugget yyyyaaaaa both me and my wife got 10 pieace nuggets all 19 was burned nuggets i got one unburnt =20 so happy 😊 thank you for burning the nuggets oh and dont dare complain you'll get a attitude back also its extra for sauce for said nuggets so 🤷♂️ yeah id make a comment but then it would be uncalled for or racist 🤦♂️ all im saying were in Mississippi i thought chicken never gets burnt or maybe im watching to many movies good day

The night crew is awful to put it mildly.
When we went inside to order, we were ignored for two minutes (all we got was a hello, nobody asking if we wanted to order) before we decided to go to drive-through. There was only one person in front of us, who drove off in less than a minute. The actually ordering process was smooth. When we asked for a receipt, it took awhile. They couldn't even give us ice cream or a drink for a few minutes. Our food was not hot. The serving was messy.
The entire visit was fifteen minutes long. They did not care that this was *fast food* or about customer service, really. The worst part was that absolutely nobody else was in line, just us until the last minute.
I do admit though: the food was absolutely delicious despite not being optimal temperature. I have no complaints there, and that's why it's not one star.

So instead of baconators we recieved the son of baconator instead. Barely a sign of bacon . Barely warm. Fries cold. When i tried to explain it to the lady she rolled her head an walked off. Way too many flies in the dining room. Do not go there . Do without. Waited 25 min for our order.counting us 3 people were in line.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Floors were slick, even though they were not wet. Some kind of residue on counter and pc screens, bathroom fixtures. Service was mediocre. Started cooking fries after sandwiches were ready on serving tray.

Usually they are decent but today I got a hot and spicy chicken nugget mixed with my regular chicken nuggets! I guess the ran out of the regular ones! Just know some people can’t tolerate not & spicy and you can cause serious health issue by slipping in as substitute & giving people hot & spicy foods‼️A few years ago accidentally eating hot and spicy food would have sent me to ER‼️

Absolute terrible Went in with my husband and son. I let it go that not one of the 4 people that looked in our face spoke. We could tell they were moving around but not one person after serval minutes said just a moment or we will be with you shortly…that includes someone who appeared to be dressed as a manager. Needless to say we walked out. If you do not want our money; we are okay with keeping it. We are not in a day and age where businesses are deciding to stay open so please work on your customer service. I’m just one but I assure you I will never return bc it cost you absolutely nothing to be polite. We decided to go to the Clay St location. The cashier spoke and was pleasant. The manager was preparing an order and even came around the corner from the drive thru to speak while continuing to work. If you do not want to work or work in service find something else to. Poor service is normally poor quality as well.
I guess fast food workers are younger these days. Not friendly, no thanks for dining and certainly don't check to verify if your order is correct. But I guess that's my fault to. I should've check to see if my chicken was spicy before I drove off..... that's not usually how it goes.

01/272025 , 15:30 I had just gotten off work(truck driver) and had to be out in the rain and cold today. Was soaked etc……. De I would have the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, and a large chili. Placed my order, and pulled up to the window ,made my payment and had to wait for just a short 2 minutes maybe. Food was brought out to me and apologies made for the wait (which really wasn’t long at all) and I drive home. Get my food out and wow. The staff did an awesome job. Fresh soft bun, chicken was good and hot , Lettuce looked like it had just been picked and washed. Nice color to it. And The chile was good and hot. Perfect for warming up after being in the cold all day. If I had to name the only negative thing it would be that the fries needed a bit of salt for my preference. So , I don’t know who all the staff was, but thank yall so much for a good meal, hot and fast m
