Everybody needs to look at this comment cause let me tell you something they were so nice. They literally so nice that I was about to cry like the lady that was doing my stuff. She was really so nice and the food was delicious. I swear the barbecue wings and the fries were seasoned so good like I swear I will come back here I swear like these fries are literally so good. I am eating them right now and oh my God there are so delicious like everybody needs to stop writing bad reviews about this place like this, but it’s so good like you guys are capping about this stuff so stop capping about this stuff cause like this stuff is so good like what are you guys talking about? The food is so good and I can’t even show you guys a photo cause like bro this food is so good that I would literally jump. I would literally jump and make a airplane crash to eat this food like bro. the food was amazing, but the floors were almost like greasy sticky? and the bathroom smelled horrible. not to mention the lady at the front didn’t make eye contact with me, and was kinda rude when interacting with me. needless to say the food was amazing and everything was cooked and made just how i ordered it!!

well wanted to try wingstop for the first time tonight. I guess that was a mistake because my god what awful service.
not sure how you forget fries on an order when all I ordered was chicken strips and fries. had to drive back and forth across town just to get my fries lol. asked them to remake the strips too since they were cold by the time I got back to the restaurant. literally watched them just put them back in the fryer and pulled them back out all gray now because they’ve been fried twice.
and the girl at the counter had the audacity to say “here you go. you don’t have to look so pissed off.” instead of just an apology.
not to mention this food is nasty at the end of it all. yet another place you can’t go in Vicksburg.

This place Is all over the place compared to the others I've been to. They had opened for lunch my husband and I walked in behind the worker who clocked in.i was heading to the bathroom while my husband placed the orders the worker was sitting in the back on his phone giggling and stuff instead of working when I came out my husband was still waiting for someone to help him when the one on the phone finally came to the counter to take my husband and I order. We waited a while I understand they had orders going out but my husband stood a while before anyone even tried to engage in taken a order.and clocking in and going to a seat while customers are waiting is ridiculous 🙃

Customer service was excellent! Young lady named Tiffany and Markeysha was very nice and made sure my order was correct. Tiffany also told me about the survey on the receipt and suggested for me to try a new flavor 😋 I would most definitely go back and the wait time wasn't long at all. The restaurant was clean including the drink area.

I tried to order me a 20 piece but couldn’t get no season then my daughter ordered her a 10 piece lemon pepper. It was over season. Maybe it’s just the cooks but it was a terrible experience tonight. The worst wingstop ever. I called in my order at 5:05 pm. I waited 20 minutes in my vehicle before going in. Once I got in the store, I stood on the side waiting for my name to be called for about 10 minutes. I then went to the register to pay for my order, this was at 5:39 pm, on my ticket. The cashier rung me up because she wrote the order on an index card when I called and I paid for my order. She then said I had to wait 15 minutes because I had just paid for my order. Mind you, she took my order at 5:05 pm over the phone. About 10 minutes later I get my order and it was wrong because the cashier put the order in wrong. Now I’m standing there with the wrong order in front of me and no one seems to have a care in the world. I called the cook from the back and told him my order was wrong and he took the bag. The other cook is mumbling saying she can’t put me before other orders because that’s what the ticket had. I told her to look at the index card because she wrote it correctly on there and it wasn’t my fault she rung it up wrong. At this point I’m on the phone and the cashier over heard me saying I’m about to request my money back because it’s been almost an hour. The cashier went and got the cook and I was told I have to wait 4 days for a refund since I paid with a card. I told them I waited this long and I was going to wait a few more minutes. It didn’t take 4 days to pay for the food. I finally got my order at 6:06 pm. The customer service is horrible and they need more training. I was trying to be patient until they felt like it was me that rung my order up wrong and just thought I would be ok. I will be calling headquarters on Monday for sure.

The entire staff was very unprofessional. Everyone is talking loud and cursing and arguing with the customers about their orders being wrong. It is 1059pm and they are blocking off the eating area. The closing time is midnight. This is not the first wingstop I have visited like this. The workers are not representing this business well at all. The same service you get when this establishment opens in the morning is the same you should get at 11pm on a Saturday night. Highly disappointed!

I have been to this Wing Stop several times and the young ladies cooking do not wear gloves while they are preparing the meals. On top of that the food is very salty. If this restaurant would worry more about quality, it would be so much better.
