They were mixing up everyone’s orders yelling couldn’t get anything right my order was mixed up 2 times don’t recommend going

stop ordering from here, the dashers steal yo food workers don’t care that you got it stolen, won’t give you nothing else they just don’t care

Customer service was excellent! Young lady named Tiffany and Markeysha was very nice and made sure my order was correct. Tiffany also told me about the survey on the receipt and suggested for me to try a new flavor 😋 I would most definitely go back and the wait time wasn't long at all. The restaurant was clean including the drink area.

I tried to order me a 20 piece but couldn’t get no season then my daughter ordered her a 10 piece lemon pepper. It was over season. Maybe it’s just the cooks but it was a terrible experience tonight. I’m sorry for leaving this review for Wingstop but it is what it is I didn’t get no chicken, they didn’t get no good review

The worst wingstop ever. I called in my order at 5:05 pm. I waited 20 minutes in my vehicle before going in. Once I got in the store, I stood on the side waiting for my name to be called for about 10 minutes. I then went to the register to pay for my order, this was at 5:39 pm, on my ticket. The cashier rung me up because she wrote the order on an index card when I called and I paid for my order. She then said I had to wait 15 minutes because I had just paid for my order. Mind you, she took my order at 5:05 pm over the phone. About 10 minutes later I get my order and it was wrong because the cashier put the order in wrong. Now I’m standing there with the wrong order in front of me and no one seems to have a care in the world. I called the cook from the back and told him my order was wrong and he took the bag. The other cook is mumbling saying she can’t put me before other orders because that’s what the ticket had. I told her to look at the index card because she wrote it correctly on there and it wasn’t my fault she rung it up wrong. At this point I’m on the phone and the cashier over heard me saying I’m about to request my money back because it’s been almost an hour. The cashier went and got the cook and I was told I have to wait 4 days for a refund since I paid with a card. I told them I waited this long and I was going to wait a few more minutes. It didn’t take 4 days to pay for the food. I finally got my order at 6:06 pm. The customer service is horrible and they need more training. I was trying to be patient until they felt like it was me that rung my order up wrong and just thought I would be ok. I will be calling headquarters on Monday for sure.

The entire staff was very unprofessional. Everyone is talking loud and cursing and arguing with the customers about their orders being wrong. It is 1059pm and they are blocking off the eating area. The closing time is midnight. This is not the first wingstop I have visited like this. The workers are not representing this business well at all. The same service you get when this establishment opens in the morning is the same you should get at 11pm on a Saturday night. Highly disappointed!

Horrible shut it down people cooking without gloves I should have told them to give me 5 wings hold the fliessss!!!
I have been to this Wing Stop several times and the young ladies cooking do not wear gloves while they are preparing the meals. On top of that the food is very salty. If this restaurant would worry more about quality, it would be so much better.

Check your food before you leave. I was in a rush & needed to get home to get ready for bed. I paid extra for corn & it's not in the bag & they aren't answering the phone for me to possibly pick up what I'm owed at a later date.

Online order was late been waiting over 30 minutes. Now everything in town is closed and there's nothing but attitude and screwed up orders for everyone. The entire staff is beyond rude and unprofessional to the other 20 people in here with wrong orders. Wouldnt recommend at all
