Went in on today and this young lady name Ashley had excellent customer service greeeted me before I could barely step foot in the door! That’s a plus! Very beautiful smile and polite food was hot and fresh And Ashley made sure of that! I can see her running that’s store they need more hard workers like her! Ashley you rock!

Mess up my order every time and never answer the phone. It sucks when your pregnant and work all day just to have someone give you the wrong wings that you over pay $15 for???

WAIT TIME IS BAD. i was told 13-18 minutes and it was well over. past 30 minutes even. other people who came later left before us. cashier just asked for our name & walked off. every time they passed by they looked, horrible customer service. i thought ordering ahead online would help, i guess not.

When I entered the stor there was a number of people sitting and standing. I asked if people were waiting for pick up to place an order. All but two were waiting on an order. Those two decided to leave when a patron said she had been waiting an hour. I place my order and had about a 30 minute wait. I had a 15 minute drive home. My order was not done correctly. I called and the manager said to bring it back and they would redo the items. I don't drive at night so I had my son take back to have the ordered corrected. They did the order wrong again. Not happy and not sure if I will continue to be a customer.

If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered wings at 2:58. App said wings were ready at 3:16. We arrived to the restaurant at 3:25. Food was not ready and was not ready until 4:00! Only one cook was working while the other three employees argued about a customer who picked up an order without paying instead of focusing on the customers who did pay. No apology offered and nothing was offered to make up for the wait. They did not even acknowledge my husband as he requested order updates multiple times.

I worked there 3 days they was quick to hire me because they said I seem like a good worker, I found out why because Noone else had any professionalism even the manager seemed to not care, it's all unorganized. Ghetto and nasty, employees would rather huddle up and gossip or be all on there phones instead of wiping up small spills or getting ahead by dropping more chicken instead they drop per order which gets orders backed up causes customers to wait for over a hour sometimes. Just needs better pay and better management.

I ordered DoorDash and my dasher just said that there was employees playing and not doing what they were supposed to do. People who ordered later than I did got their orders. She waited a long time.
