loc lees is a legend!! I've been buying shrimp from her since she was on the corner selling out of her van back in the 90s. Her offerings in the store are just as fresh and much more encompassing. From soft shell crab, tuna, mahi and shrimp to some Asian ingredients that are hard to find.
Very nice people, very good prices and always well stocked! Don't buy imported seafood from Walmart when you can cross the street and get fresh seafood that was alive a few hours earlier for less money

I have always had a positive experience going to this place of business. On Thursday, 12/18/25 I was just in there to purchase the same 1 lb tub of unfrozen lump white crab meat, dealt with the lady in there and the product was great. Today I reentered to purchase the same 1 lb tub lump white crab meat, specific about lump white, not frozen, only this time the man came to the counter and said “yes yes this is white”, only it looked like just mixed crab and similar to claw and frozen texture. I said it doesn’t look like what I got, “yes yes”, paid him $22.04. I went outside and opened it and sure enough it was not lump white crab meat and its texture had been frozen! What I need it for requires what I asked for and he knew it wasn’t it. Even the tub didn’t say lump white, just white.

I bought a dozen of female crabs got home 10 mins down the road and 5 ( MALE CRABS ) was dead I went straight back I tried too return and they offered me 1 crab in return for the 5 dead some BS I’ve been there many times and never had this problem until today. Not worth the bs go somewhere else…

Came to MS on spring break from MI. Our family of 10 wanted fresh seafood for a Cajun Boil. We were not disappointed! Very friendly and a one stop shop. The highlight of our trip was the memories of cooking and cracking crab while enjoying a delicious fresh meal. Can’t wait to come back! A local couple even taught us how to eat crawfish right at the counter!

If I could give less than 1 star, I most definitely would based simply off customer service. I’m still a fairly “newish” Hancock County resident. Other than the Waveland Crawfish Cookoff, the only crawfish I’ve eaten over here are Claiborne Hill. So, today I decided to try something different, since I’m treating me and my son and go to this place. I walk in, smile, and casually greet the lady and ask if they have any boiled crawfish. She points to the other end. I smile and walk over and say “I’d like some boiled shrimp as well if y'all have them.” She says “Only crawfish “. That’s okay, I’m really craving crawfish anyway. How spicy are they? May I try one?” “No.” I’m smiling because I thought she was joking and laugh it off and say “Really? Can I please try one to make sure they aren’t gonna be too hot for my baby before I buy too many?” “No. You pay.” “So, you want me to buy 10-15 pounds of crawfish and not even know how they are?” She shakes her head yes. “Well I guess I’ll buy like what, a 1/4 to sample?” “No! I sell one pound or more.” “You know, you are just down right rude for no reason. A little customer service and hospitality goes a long way. No wonder it’s empty in here and out front. You won’t be getting my business or anyone that I deal with. I’m going to make sure I leave a review and report you to the BBB and whoever else.” At this point she all of a sudden “No, no. That’s okay, you can try. Come back over here, so you try and buy.” “You have a blessed day, ma’am.”And I walked out and will never give them a dime of my money.
