We live in a day and age where hard work isn’t noticed or appreciated like it used to be. Today I had the Pleasure to watch a 22yr old young woman lead a restaurant the way any owner would praise to see. Aside from how polite and respectful she was, she was leading her crew so well managing their time to stay on task interacting with customers you couldn’t ask for a better role model or employee.
