If I could leave zero stars I would, we ordered 2 big one combos and a little one combo, all 3 burgers were had pink patties in the middle, not to mention the fries were not cooked all the way, and when I ordered 3 LARGE drinks (when I specifically asked for large) they gave us only small drinks... will not come back

Had to be the most disappointing fast food experience ever. Should have been a sign that there were no cars in the lot... arrived about an hour before close. Ordered 2 burger meals and a kids chicken basket. The burgers were the worst I've ever had in 48 years, buns were stale and hard, lettuce old and wilted, then there's the burger patties. Overcooked AND microwaved to heat back up, dry and disgusting. Took them back and asked for fresh burgers to be made, could see griddle top was already cleaned so out came more previously cooked, dried out patties on the same stale buns. I'd truly give it zero stars if I could. Sad thing is, have heard about Wards and this was our first, now last time trying it.

I ordered two of the Big Ones with cheese. The meat was almost non existent. The chilli was terrible. They were the WORST Wards burgers I've ever had. The quality of food at this location has steadily declined. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EATING SOMEWHERE ELSE IN WIGGINS!
