“My father and I were doing a family history trip to Woodville and came across this amazing spot. The owner and her family make absolutely amazing tamales out of the most unassuming space. They are so sweet and will answer any and all questions you may have about the area and the history of tamales in her family.Honestly this was maybe four years ago and I still will think about how good these tamales were on random nights. If you are visiting the area please do yourself a favor and set aside a little time to go here and make sure to LOAD up on them cause they keep in the freezer very well and are easy as can be to reheat! Just make sure to ask the owner how she recommends heating and serving!“
