Jan was so easy to work with. She is very personable and friendly. I just emailed her pictures of a few cakes the bride liked and when she figured out what style she wanted (very simple, yet elegant), I told Jan which picture to copy. She replicated it beautifully. Besides the cake being gorgeous, it was also delicious!
