I’ve been using Simmons Catfish for about 20 years in my restaurant. Lately the smell and the size has been terrible!!! I talked to a guy at the company 4-5 times with no results. He was supposed to call me yesterday (Monday) it’s Tuesday and I’ve heard NOTHING. I think Superior just gained another customer
Recently purchased a box of fillets at Gardners Supermarket in Corinth MS for a special dinner. When the box was opened to thaw all the fish fillets had freezer burn. Tried to cut it out but when cooked the fish had an old muddy taste! We dumped every piece in the garbage!
