“Much better than I expected.
Sat at the counter section and was entertained by the Bartender and many others.
The food was excellent.
Even met 2 beautiful Mountain Dogs named Dutch and Swiss. What a treat.
Wonderful place and very comfortable.”

“I always have a great experience at the Moonlight Tavern. I've been coming there for years when I ski Big Sky. I love the giant fireplace and large windows that make it a pleasure to dine and watch new snow fall. The wine list is very good and the food has always been solid. I had an elk steak this last time that was superb.”
“The beertender was prompt with service, friendly and clearly a local favorite!
We tried a number of the beers but landed in the seltzer/pilsner combo.
Fun atmosphere, dog friendly, plenty of space in and outdoors.”

“Been stopping in here for the past 3 years now.
First off the entire Staff has always been super in every way.
Great place that's hidden away and fun.
If you make it to one of the Rodeos they host, do so. Plenty of cold drinks and food to help enjoy the time.”

“It came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Exceeded our expectations in every way. The pork chop was unbelievable along with the leek soup and beet salad. Topped it off with a warm brownie sundae that was unbelievable.”

“I’m a breakfast bagel snob, seek them out wherever we go. Blue Moon Bakery may be the best I’ve ever had. It’s right there with my reigning favorite, Bagels Etc in DC. These bagels have a unique twist though that make them not just delicious but really interesting and new too.
If you love a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel this place is worth driving for. If I’m ever within an hour of this place again I’ll be making the pilgrimage to experience this bagel again.”

“Great, must stop spot for delicious hot dogs w unique and yummy toppings( or plain ones like my kids eat ) . It’s a stop we all look forward to every time we come to Big sky! Ice cream is great too! All they need to add is Yoo-hoo to the menu, cause that’s the best hot dogs beverage!!”

“Could be great but needs help. Fabulous old bar. Food, not so great (it's not a good sign when the staff brings in food truck takeout for themselves). Got to listen to the tat covered bartender talk about getting blackout drunk. Classy.”

“The food was good, nothing great. The service was NOT good our server she came to our table 2 or 3x, 1 to take order 2 to drop the food and 3 to drop the check. Not sure if they were understaffed, but we give benefit of the doubt.”

“The meal was nothing short of amazing. My partner and I shared the tomahawk steak (menu indicates for two but I know it can serve 3). Cooked perfectly to MR. The vegetables were cooked al dente, (the best carrots I’ve ever eaten), had the lobster arancini appetizer along with the brassicas (beet humus, roasted brussel sprouts, goat cheese, and sliced baguette). Tiramisu and a delicious lava cake topped it all off. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone traveling to Big Sky. Hat’s off to the Exec chef and his team.”

“Great experience at Alberto’s in Big Sky. Excellent service from the bartender, a perfect margarita, and flavorful dishes—the Supos burrito, tacos, and spicy shrimp all hit the mark. Not cheap, but absolutely worth it.”

“Very nice bistro which shares the space of the movie theater. Food was good: salmon fillet, bison strip appetizer, caprese skewers. Gluten free beer! The staff was very friendly. Cosmic Possum, dead cover, was playing to add a fun atmosphere.”
