Block 3 Kitchen & Bar offers a mix of excellent entrees like trout, chicken, and risotto. The strip steak was slightly overcooked and the Caesar salad was disappointing. The decor is a charming blend of rustic and modern with a great fireplace. The service is attentive, but the high cost of soda refills is unreasonable.
