Surprisingly delicious vegan miso ramen option. Had it spicy and added tofu. Good cocktails. Super friendly staff.
Our group had mixed feelings - we had the Spicy, Chashu, and Niseko ramen. I thought the Niseko was the best, the spicy was fine, the Chashu flavor was a little odd and didn't seem like an authentic ramen broth - had a heavy soy sauce flavor. The karage appetizer was really good. The bao bun sandwiches had good flavor but the pork belly made the buns super moist and soggy so they fell apart. Cocktail was great.
Unfortunately I am unable to review the food as we were not able to eat. We arrived at 7 pm prepared for a wait as eating in Big Sky is few and far between. We stood at the hostess station for 15 minutes while she was doing other things. When she did approach us we were told they were no longer serving food do to staffing. Not necessarily the restaurants fault however to know this and let us and the line behind us stand there seems unprofessional and inhospitable.
Delicious ramen and Kara age! Service was impeccable and the food yummy. A great place for a good meal in Big Sky. I can highly recommend!!!!

Our waiter was awesome and single handedly served the entire busy restaurant on a Wednesday evening...thank you Tristan! Great food as always.
The “ramen” is spaghetti noodles. Also zero flavor. Service was great though.
Awful service - took 3 hours to serve the food; consistently served multiple tables who arrived later before us
I have been here multiple times and every time without fail Trystan has given me the best service every time. He is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and recommended great drinks.
Ramen is not recommended. I got the Chashu bowl and it was terrible. Meat was super tough, not sliced thinly; they don't know how to cook Chashu at all. They tried to make up for it by giving three big slabs of meat, so portions are large. The broth was full of vinegar, super sour and acidic, again, they don't know how to cook. Definitely not a great place to get ramen, even instant ramen is better than this.Chicken karaage was good though. 1 extra star for that.

Stopped in here for a ramen dinner on a Sunday evening. Quite and nice atmosphere and the wait staff were very helpful with menu and local information. We had an order of spring rolls and the Niseko and Spicy Ramen dishes. All were tasty, hearty, not too spicy, with the right amounts of meat and vegies with plenty leftover for lunch the next day. I thought a little pricy - so no 5 stars - but still solid and would recommend in you have a craving for ramen.
Awesome ramen with an authentic flavor!
They have super delicious appetizers and a number of them are vegan. However the ramen is not the same. I order the vegan ramen and the broth was thick, creamy, and salty. Even people who ordered non vegan ramen said the same.
We visited the the lower village of big sky and decides to try ramen for dinner. Niseko is located near the front of the village and can be seen from the man road with the bright Ramen sign on their building. We ordered the spring rolls and tried the different types of ramen. The food was very good, but it took over 45 minutes to get out food. It was a busy night in the restaurant and they did have a sign on the door looking for help so maybe that will help in the future. The cocktail that I ordered was pricey, but good and the staff were friendly. I would recommend Niseko if you are in the Big Sky area and in the mood for ramen.
Great food and outstanding service. Server Kat was very knowledgeable and attentive. Appetizers of spring rolls and shrimp tempura and blistered peppers all delicious. 3 different Ramen main dishes were very generous and tasty. Definitely worth a visit.
