Absolutely atrocious communication from the "manager." The kids who work the front counter were amazing and kind every encounter, but the manager needs to be trained on how to do the same or not be one anymore.
I ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday well in advance, checked in with them 24 hours prior, as directed and the manager said that she would have it ready the following day. I come to pick up the cake and apparently their printer for the spiderman picture...read full review
