Carly and the rest of the people are amazing. I love them saying hello by name as I come in the store. Best part of my day coming in for my coffee.
Customer service there main priority. They are knowledgeable at making your drink. They get to know you on a one on one basis. Today I received a Get Well Card signed by all. I recommend the City Brew on 17th and grand to all. I tip my hat to all that work for this organization. Thank you.

City Brew Coffee is a good spot. The staff, including the girls working at the cafe and drive through, provide excellent service and practice good customer service. They are kind, friendly, and efficient. However, the cafe can be loud due to blaring techno music. Customers can get drinks made exactly how they like, such as with specific milk type, if they make it clear. The service is quick, with waits of no more than 5 minutes.
